Unlike other Physical Therapy places I have gone to, Movement Specialists really takes the time to understand your condition and issues and really tailors your rehabilitation to address them. They really focus on therapy and exercises that incorporate movement and correcting your movements to relieve your pain and stress on your joints and body. After my hip surgery they basically taught me how to walk again and how to climb stairs! It has made a world of difference and now I get around like I am 10 years younger. They also constantly adjust your home exercises as your therapy progresses. Everyone I have worked with there is very nice and caring. I can recommend them without reservation.

Dr. Su and the crew at MSPT are the best. The facility is awesome, a great gym, cold plunge, sauna, all in the same office. I have seen many different PTs through the years for various injuries. None have been as in tune with movement and rehab as Dr. Su is with her patients. I highly recommend MSPT.

Dr. Taylor and her team did such a good job rehabbing my shoulder and knee…. the only reason I’m not continuing is that I feel great.
I’m finally able to play beach volleyball without nagging pain thanks to their customized program.
Very professional, personal attention, and clean facility. I would happily recommend them to any of my friends needing PT.

Movement Specialist PT is AMAZING. John Huang has helped me to get back to doing the things I love and for that I'm so grateful! I went to him after having chronic pain post knee surgery, and the treatment has exceeded my expectations in every way. The care is so specific to your needs and treats the root of the problem. I've had so much 1:1 time with John, and each week he has tweaked and changed my program to help me reach my goals. I have so much more mobility. He met me where I was at both physically and emotionally and made it fun. I genuinely looked forward to going - he even brought a SpikeBall net in for warm up as that was on my goals day 1 to get back to playing. I can't say enough good things about him, the staff, the clean facility, just all of it! It was a great experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of rehab or preventative care.

My experience with Movement Specialists has been nothing but positive. I've had shoulder pain for years, and finally decided to try and fix it this past April. I was referred to Dr. John by a friend who spoke highly of him. After explaining my fitness history, and performing some stretches/exercises, Dr. John pinpointed what caused my pain, what I had done to further exacerbate this pain, and how I could recover and avoid future shoulder pain. I've been going to Movement Specialists for a few months now, and my shoulder pain has disappeared completely. Now, I'm working on strengthening my shoulder to help prevent future injuries.

The team at Movement Specialists is great. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and willing to go out of their way to help. Whenever I have a question, someone can help me immediately, even if they're not working with me directly. The staff is also very knowledgeable, and is able to explain in detail why we do the exercises we do, and what muscles are strengthened through each exercise. I would recommend Movement Specialists to anyone who is considering physical therapy. I had no idea what to expect when I walked in to my first appointment, but I'm happy I did.

These guys are absolute life savers. Slightly over the hill and plagued with chronic shoulder issues, I figured my love of surfing had come to an end. However, the team designed a customized workout plan for me that has absolutely done wonders.

It took a while, but their constant guidance and reassurance made all the difference. I’m now surfing 3 times a week and I rarely get sore.

Would also like to point out how friendly the vibe is here. Everyone is knowledgeable and genuine. I truly feel lucky to have discovered this gem of a clinic.

I’ve been seeing Taylor for pre-hab and rehab for my acl reconstruction and meniscus tear. She is an amazing PT and has kept me hopeful and confident through this process. I’m always welcomed and get put in a great mood walking into Movement specialists. Every person is so nice and professional. I have seen such improvement in my knee and I am so happy I found Taylor and this facility. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great environment and doctors that really want to see you heal to go to Movement Specialist.
