November 21st, 2023 the day of my birthday. When i told everyone i am not feeling well. So, as I rested in my bedroom, feeling under the weather, I was abruptly unable to speak or move. Fortunately, my brother's swift action led him to call the ambulance, which rushed me to the Green Bay ICU to battle a respiratory flu and Covid. Subsequently, I was transferred to Mount View Care Center on Level 2, where I received outstanding care and support. And, I am forever more thankful for the care I received, particularly from Amy Martin, who demonstrated remarkable compassion and empathy. My experience with the ventilator community was profoundly inspiring, and I wouldn't change a thing. Much love and gratitude! ❤ī¸

My experience working on the vent unit was awesome. Great RTs, RNs, and CNAs. They were all knowledgeable and helpful to the best of their abilities. Definitely a great learning experience. I wouldn't hesitate to admit a family member to their ventilation unit.

We trusted them with our step dad. He liked it there for 17 months. 1 persons inadequate actions, never want another family member there. His last hour! Family yelling for help, dad asking for help. We are not going to take legal action. They asked what they could do for us. Retrain all employees in emergency response. Wonder!!!! Very sad.

Anyone I've ever worked with here genuinely wants to help. They care about what I've got going on in my life and I can honestly say my quality of life has improved through the programs offered.

Terrible. My friend had a brother that resided at Mt. View. For Christmas he was given a clock radio which he loved to listen to.

One day, while visiting, we saw that his clock radio was gone. We asked the Nurses, the Aides, the head of the unit, etc. They said they would look into it. The radio was even labeled with his name.

2 years later, we have never gotten the radio back, and nobody has any answers for us. It's a shame to think that the thief is probably an employee, as we do not believe they even searched for the radio.

If you are thinking about putting a loved one in Mount View, make sure their things are under lock and key.

I don't recommend this place to anyone they don't treat the residents very well my dad was in hospice here and we were never informed he fell we found out from a resident they then finally told us he did then we asked did they have someone look at him they said no we don't do that to patients in hospice then they stopped his medicine without telling us then then they let us know acouple days later then they tried to tell us that his grandson never called him and we know he did he called us and said he read the poem to him and they would always watch what we did while there and when we were on the phone. acouple of the nurses would be like who is that on the phone and said family we told them it family that can't see him my dad is a navy vet and we also never got any records when he passed we asked for records of everything that tbroke did told us no then they would be playing on his phone as well someone deleted stuff off His phone and we asked about his hair brush and we never got that either I truly think when he fell that tumor broke open and his stomach started to blow back up with fluid we asked about it getting drained they told us no they don't do that with hospice people they told us nothing but lies and they wouldn't let peoople come to the window just so they could do a quick wave
