Not a place that a addiction an addict wants to get treatment. If you have any kind of conflict with their counselors.they take there world over urs. They make u take ur take home bottles on days they are closed thats bullshit bottles are rewards. Well there's supposed to be our Rewards unbelievable bad weather they never close take me 45 minutes to drive there while their director sits home house
If you have a chance I'd go somewhere else

Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients.

Wonderful group of people. Just returned there after moving out of the area for a year, this place is so much better then the other place I had to go to in Bethlehem. The people here are warm and caring. They are really concerned about helping you. Charges $400 for intake and they includes a few weeks of dosing. After that it $100 a week. They also take Pa Medical Assistance. This is nonprofit and Government funded program, but its small and clean. You would never think so. They need to extend their hours only open till 11am during the week and 9:30am on the weekends. Makes it hard for any night shifter like me.

Pretty crowded here. Sometimes it's impossible to get into a group. On certain days and holidays the line goes all the way out the door and theres only two dosing windows. It's hard to get intouch with my counselor, with all the clients going there its hard to help everyone. Very clean place compared to the others I've seen. Most of the staff is really nice and do care about the clients. I just dont like how hard it is to get in touch with my counselor and how the groups are always full. Too many people and not enough room or counselors. Other than that its a great place

Hardly ever write reviews but I'm a patient here now. First they have no handbook telling you the exact rules, regulations, and consequences. They change the rules without informing patients and penalize them for breaking a rule they never even knew existed. You ask one counselor they have one answer ask another and it's totally different. They are way overcrowded and the counselors are all overbooked. When I first started they upped my dose every 2 days maybe 3 and put me a 100 pound girl on 110mg. I was nodding out at work, told the doctor and he refused to lower me. You see a doctor for 3 minutes and then they move you along. How is that a good thing? They are so booked you put a request in to see a doctor and you wait and wait and wait. I put a request in 5 days ago yet heard nothing. Their group sessions are whack and honestly I leave them feeling dumber. One group we spent the whole time talking about ways people have tried to fake the drug test. I ask my counselor questions she can't even answer bc nobody ever knows what is going on there. If your considering methadone maintenance pick another clinic. Im telling you I am regretting ever making the choice to try it. The place is a joke. Id recommend Suboxone or medical marijuana for opioid dependency over this place any day. Go at your own risk. Methadone is no joke and the detox isn't either. If you don't jump through their hoops they kick you out and your bound to go back to using or experience the worst dope sickness of your life. And like I said I hardly ever write a review...but this place has really been letting the patients down.

So I missed the clinic on Saturday I called the number they said. To come to emergency room so I did now I’ve been trying to call them since 9am to get doctor to send info over now this isn’t the first I’ve had a problem they had me sitting in jersey for hours as well before they called it. In like really they say they don’t want you to use but then when your sick they are not around to help

It's okay. I've been to better clincs. This one has a hard time keeping councilors and things are always chaotic and unorganized. Different rules for different days and also for different people. If your known and friendly with certain people you get treated differently than those who are new or not as outgoing and personable. One day your told that these things that they say must be complied with are required by the state and it's not. And some ptheir own rules for other

I don't normally write comments but the wait here is just unacceptable, the staffing is lacking and the effeniency is well below par! I have been here frequently at this this facility because my children's doctor works out of this facility but the immediate care part is just slow and lack of staff for the past 2 years. The wait time has been more then 2 hours each time over 12 visits. I have a child with asthmatic respiratory issues even though we use many preventive methods, we find ourselves needing immediate care. However each time come in and tell them his saturation levels which would be low and hard to breath, I am told when after waiting over 30 minutes, that it's a long wait.

Presently, I am sitting here with both kids sick. One has a allergic reaction to something she ate which she never has had before and has large hives all over her body. She's the hive site is itchy, hot and burning and her throat is also having a swelling reaction. I asked the guy at the front desk if there was anything they could do. He just told us to wait. He didn't ask to see the areas when we signed in when I told him the reason for being here.

My other child has a saturation level of 95. We have been here since 6pm. So now we are into a wait time of over 2 hours, still waiting, still not called. During this visit there was "an emergency allergic reaction" Patient that was sitting in the waiting room to where they took him in the back and called 911. That paitient was here for 30 minutes. Wonder how long he was waiting for before he actually got help. However, that shouldn't cause each and every time we visit this immediate care to have such a long wait time. All in all we finally walked out of there at 9:15pm. Being that we were there So long our pharmacy which is 5 minutes away closed. Scripts were called in to another rite aid 35 minutes from our home. With the large hives on my daughters body, her comfort level was at its limits to were she had tears in her eyes.

Arriving at the pharmacy at 10pm, the script for my daughter was ready but had to wait for my sons about 20 more minutes. I purchased and I gave my daughter the meds but she was still very uncomfortable, going back in for my sons meds I asked for advice. Pharmacist said cortisone and Benadryl would help. In grabbing those and asking for the other scripts for my son I found out that all 3 scripts weren't recieved by the pharmacy. With asthma conditions now I will have to wait til the morning before I can reach the immediate care office. This is usual at this immediate care. Finally getting my sick kids home at 11pm mind you I left home at 5:45pm.

Although bedside manner is really important in my book which most (not all) of the employees here do have, effenciency and adequate staffing is very important as well. When you or your kid is suffering you need to not sit in the waiting room/office for extended periods of time. There is not enough coverage in this facility to compensate the need. The guy at the front desk doesn't sign clients in when they arrive (hes more absent from the desk then actually at the front). I have filled out the survey forms that PMC sends out, clearly they don't read them because nothing has changed with any negative issues in this facility. Don't come here if your symptoms need Immedicafe care.
