I was eating french fries and thought I'd gotten a piece of plastic in my food. I checked and my old crown had fallen off. I drove to the office close by and they saw me immediately. Dr. Avi treated me and he was first-rate. He explained everything, and was very professional and careful. Like everyone else I dislike going to the dentist but Dr. Avi and the team made it as easy as possible. Thank you!

Front office receptionist was very rude to me this afternoon, I stopped by to ask a couple of questions in regards to a root canal and said to me “did you read the sign outside the door and did you read the sign on the wall” she was yelling from her desk and had someone on the phone not once did she get up to provide the information I was seeking for. Definitely need to work on customer service skills. I didn’t her her name but is a lady that seats in the back booth!

Surgeon didn’t show up for my surgery, I didn’t find out until I was in the chair 10 min after I was scheduled to start. The billing department overcharged me and each time I try calling they are ‘in on a different day’ or ‘out’ (have been trying for almost 2 months). Receptionist is rude and hung up on me mid-call.

The hygienists room isn’t very sanitary, the patients chairs are very close to each other with no dividers and screaming children with no masks. Very sketchy. Go somewhere else.
