In a word, awesome! In my search for "the right place" for my loved one, Monark Grove Madison outshined the others that I considered.

My first impression of Monark Grove Madison was solidified during my initial visit with Laurie Seidle. She was very customer-friendly, gave me a full tour of the facility, answered my questions on the spot or did the research and responded as soon as possible.

This facility is amazing...the staff, the apartments, the activities, the meals and the overall cleanliness convinced me that this was indeed "the right place" for my loved one.

My loved one has been a resident now for two weeks and is very happy. He loves the independent living, the staff and all of the amenities.

I highly recommend Monark Grove Madison to anyone looking for "the right place".
You won't be disappointed.

My wife Ann is in Monark Grove's memory care unit. She is doing so good. In the month she's been there she has gained a little weight which she needs to do. The facility is beautiful and everyone is so caring. I think my wife feels like she's at home. All the staff just love on her and the other residents do as well. They go out of their way to ensure she gets the things she needs and wants. I can't say enough good things about the staff. It's a wonderful place and it makes visiting my wife more pleasant with the wonderful atmosphere they have created there. The photos I've attached are of her room which is so nice and welcoming. If you're looking for a place for your loved one who will be loved and treated like family this place should be at the top of your list for memory care. Be sure to reach out to Monica for a tour. She is a wonderful representative of the staff at Monark Grove.

I am currently living in the Independent living at Monark Grove of Madison. Since I moved here, I've met many nice people and so many wonderful staff. I am very impressed with the kitchen staff. The Executive chef "Keith" is amazing and always work his hardest to meet our needs. Our new Director of Activities "Amy" has brought so many new fun and interesting programs to our community. Lastly, I am very thankful for Monica, the Director of Sale She didn't just move people in, she cares for me after as well. Her compassion made me feel safe and secure while living here.

I personally work at MGM, and have nothing but positive things to say about our community! Our first Resident moved into MGM in April 2022, management changed to Beztak in March 2023 (not ownership, which is KIRKO), and I started the following month- in April 2023. I can only go by what our MGM Family (Residents, Friends & Family Members of our Residents, Professional Partners, and Team Members) has said, and that is ever since Beztak, there have been major improvements in many areas. There is not one community that is perfect, but I will say that when a member of the MGM Family has a complaint/suggestion/question/etc., it is handled immediately and in a professional manner. Our Residents are THE best and we strive for excellence when it comes to serving them. We have some of the best tasting food I have EVER experienced in Senior Living, and with all the amenities MGM has to offer, what else could you ask for?! I love helping people, ESPECIALLY seniors who are tired of dealing with the upkeep of a home, maintaining the lawn, cleaning (ugh!), and cooking (double ugh!! for me!). After they move in to MGM, I give them a few good weeks to get settled then ask how they are doing so far… I am not exaggerating when nearly each Resident I ask say. “Great! I only wish I had done this sooner!”. If you don’t believe me and your are either considering senior living for yourself or a loved one, I encourage you to call us to discuss your situation and let us help you with this decision that is usually a very difficult and emotional one. We WANT to help you or your loved one in any way we can- even if MGM isn’t the right fit, we will do our best to provide you with the resources that we feel are. I saw where one of my family members submitted pictures on this thing, so I’m going to try to do the same so you can get a glimpse of what it is like to live here at MGM ?

I can’t give Monark Grove Madison enough praise to do it justice. My mother lived her entire life in NY and lost her husband this past January. When we toured Monark Grove we were so impressed with the staff (shout out to Monica for being the expert and professional she is) my mom was immediately sold on moving into this community. The esprit de corps among the residents and staff is amazing and truly one of a kind (in my opinion). We had the opportunity to have lunch during our tour and Chef Keith is just amazing! He also was thoughtful in giving us a wonderful dessert to take home with us. Everyone we encountered were friendly and wonderful, thank you for making this very difficult next step in my mom’s journey so much easier!

What a wonderful community and staff!!! They make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you walk in the door. Monica is so friendly and I can tell why the residents love her!! I have also had the pleasure of getting to know Amy and Laurie. They always seem to be thinking of new ways to engage with the residents and make each day fun. Just the best!!!
