If you want to have a Miserable, painful, horrible
Deceiving experience and make a $10,000 investment in your teeth. Come to Modern Touch Dentistry. That has been my experience. It could be yours I still can't eat or talk without my bottom partial middle tooth popping up. Come to Modern Touch Dentistry. I believed dentist Jolanta Pajek when she told me
" I'm going to give you a beautiful smile." After
$10,000 and over a years worth of visits. I went to her office crying many times and asked her to fix my teeth permanently. I couldn't eat to talk with the partial in my mouth. Please look at the attached picture .
Dr Pajek last responses to me were to cut my food in small pieces and read out loud. Also, she told me my expectations
were too high. At this point I must take legal action against
Modern Touch Dentistry . Consider yourself warned this could be your experience.

Lower rating because I was not informed that I was out of network prior to my appointment.

I've worked with insurances in many eye care offices. I always make sure to inform status and it felt predatory to not add that information and be sure I knew my benefits.
(I did not know my benefits.. in fact I thought I had a different carrier)

I recently moved to the area from out of state and the provider I miss the most is my dentist of 15 years. At Modern Touch, the patient care and courtesy by all the staff is very good. I felt comfortable at my initial consultation and everything was done thoroughly. There was a little bit of salesmanship regarding particular services but nothing too pushy - I simply expressed disinterest. At the end of the consult I was told that a tooth where I had noticed some sensitivity required a new filling and the doctor pointed out 4 additional cavities that could be seen "with the naked eye."

What I was the most shocked by was the price of my proposed treatment plan. Each tooth affected by supposed cavities was an average of $450 and laughing gas was billed together with a local anesthetic, which is illegal in some states. My proposed treatment plan was over $3,000. It was at that moment it started to feel like a scam. I signed nothing and waited until Monday to speak to my former dentist. I realized that for less than $1,000 I could travel back to my former office and pay for all work that needed to be done.

All color photos and X-rays were sent to my former dentist, he reviewed them meticulously with the other dentist in his office, and they both found no trace of any work that needed to be done in my mouth. That is why I am writing this review. There is still a chance there is something minor he will see in person at Christmas, but nothing warranting the aggressive treatment plan I was given. Nothing terrifies me more than unnecessary drilling in perfectly healthy teeth.

It's a case of "he-said/she-said" but for me, I know who I can trust and I will not be back to this office.

I cannot say enough positive stuff about the team over at modern touch Dentistry from my very first appointment with them they've been nothing but accommodating super kind and super informative making sure that I understand what's being done on every visit and making it clear that they are willing to work with whatever I'm able to afford that visit Dr pajek has a fabulous sense of humor that will keep you very comfortable while you're in the chair and the women at the front desk have probably the most warmest inviting energy one could ask for when walking into a dentist. Most people don't love their dentist I'm very very grateful to have found modern touch!!!!!!!!!

I’m very pleased with my choice to come here. They have taken excellent care of me and my anxiety surrounding the dentist. I feel comfortable and at ease here which is so important. The ability to obtain an appointment so quickly is also a huge plus. I’m thankful for the great care here

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pajek’s for a number of years…and have had some extensive dental work done. She, and all of her staff…from the front desk …to the hygienist …her chair side assistants are always friendly and accommodating.
I had a dental emergency a couple of weeks ago… I was able to get an appointment the next day…
Long story much shorter…Dr. Pajek performed nothing short of a minor miracle. I left the office a very happy person. Her expertise is second to none. Thank you Dr Pajek and your entire staff!

Family & I have received dental care from Dr Pajek and her wonderful staff for over ten years. They are so personal and friendly. They took runner-up in All-Galactic Friendly Customer Service for several galactic years just behind the Tranquility Base Hilton on Arrakis! So close, but nevertheless a wonderful accomplishment and something to write home about, no matter what galaxy you hang your helmet in.
