After 15 years of PT, these guys are hands down the absolute worse. Id do ZERO stars if it was possible. Where to even start... I had 2 separate appts.Both appts were confirmed on the card but when I arrived they had the appt scheduled for a different time. So twice I was turned away . Before the holiday seasons they said they didn't have time for me and I'd have to wait til the new year to get another appointment. That was a 3 1/2 week wait, when my doctor ordered therapy at least once a week. OK now the actual service, it's as bad or worse than the scheduling. They spend about 20 mins working on you and send you on your way . They don't really do much, I personally don't think they really have a grasp on physical therapy or helping people. I can NOT RECOMMEND this place enough . I will definitely let me insurance company know about this scam these people are running .Id recommend COASTherapy . Best I've had in California and if my insurance would allow I'd be there healing and getting better ..

One of the best Physical Therapy establishments I have been to, and I have been to plenty. Suffering from a broken back, I've seen all the therapy workouts and exercises, so it can be mundane. But with Mobility PT and Darren, he provides you with innovative and more relatable exercises that fit your body type. Working out and exercising can be routinely boring, but there treatment methods and techniques are constantly changing to make it not only easy for you but good for the long run. Remember it’s not a sprint it’s a marathon. So the recovery process won’t happen overnight, but the work out schedules and plans they provide are very detailed and easy to apply by yourself at home. Darren and his staff really care about your recovery even outside of when your sessions with them end. That’s true therapy in a sense. I highly recommend!

Mea, is absolutely amazing. I had a stroke and have been to many facilities and no one has done for me with she has done. She, incorporate the best methods and technique's. My pain level is at a one. I never thought, I would be able to stand or walk without pain ever again. Thank you, so much.

I have been going for the last few months, and the staff and the doctors are wonderful. The staff is great at scheduling appointments for patients, and the Mobility Therapy office is very organized. The staff members are very polite. Additionally, Dr Terry is a friendly doctor. This place is amazing for anyone in need of physical therapy. I highly recommend!!

I needed physical therapy for my shoulder so I had 5 sessions here. The physical therapists were great and very helpful, and if it wasn't for them, I would dock more stars. The receptionists waited until my very last session to tell me about a big sum I had to pay. After every session, I would make an appointment for the following week and they would tell me I'm all set and I would leave. I was legitimately surprised that I didn't have to pay anything. On my very last session though, as soon as I walked in, they told me that they forgot to charge me the $60 co-pay and that I would have to pay at the end of my session. When I went to pay, they again surprised me with, "it's a $60 co-pay for every session" so I ended up owing them a lot of money without even knowing until the very last moment. They gave me an option for a payment plan but it seemed kind of sneaky of them to not tell me there's a co-pay for every session until my very last one. Had I known I had to pay $60 every time, I probably would have skipped some sessions (which is probably why they waited until the last session to tell me about the co-pay. I wonder how many other people have experienced this). I could see it being an honest mistake if they forgot to charge my co-pay for the first or second appointment but they had a chance after every single appointment but they waited until my last day to charge me. Also, I don't like that they don't pay their physical therapists just because they're students.

I'm the man that does crazy body intensive things and I've had my fair share of injuries. I've been to multiple physical therapist and a lot of them were not good. I started with mobility PT for the past few months and in the first month and second month, I was not noticing too much change in my shoulder. They then started me with Janell in my PT routine. I've been getting my PT done with her for the last month and I can say with certainty she knows what she's doing. I'm very shocked she's a student because her knowledge of rehabilitation and preventative pt care is impeccable. I had my doctor check up and even he was astonished with the amount of progress I've made in one month. I believe Janell will be the physical therapist that would dominate the industry with her knowledge and professionalism. I do also want to give John the Manager a shout out. He's also friendly man with a great personality!

So I’ve come twice now and each time I’ve left I felt like a new man, a million bucks, and feeling like the Pat’s are miracle workers! I was helped by two young pt’s and they made a tremendous difference in my range of motion by dell tissue massage, manipulating the muscle, and working my arm through different movements! I had never in my wildest dreams I would be able to make this much progress! They were professional and knowledgeable and I’m going back in two weeks!
