Unprofessional, rude, uncompassionte, loud, know it all and nasty. We hired MMS for my father in law thinking we were getting a good company for him. Bureau of the aging referred Mary from MMS. It is the most Unprofessional business we have worked with. Mary will not return calls and she can not fill hours. Her texts are very aggressive to family members. She was asked 3 times to call us to discuss the issues we had with her, not her staff. Mary, MMS, likes to hire only family and her neighbors. She tries to bring in staff without giving family members any notice. After deciding to go with a new Agency, Mary's text became even more nasty towards us. If she responds back to this review, I will post her text and her staffs text on Mary's behavior. After all of this, even though we gave Mary (MMS)a two week notice, she made her staff leave with no notice. Her staff would have been at my father in laws until 1/15/2025, however Mary made them leave today, no notice. Now think about how she did not care about the gentleman her company was caring for. Believe me, we have all the texts to show how Mary ( MMS) treats family members that are responsible for the right care being given to their loved one. Mary is disrespectful to anyone involed with her. Read all the reviews, we wished we did. Her company had a 2 0. Not high at all. Do your research, beware of this company. I actually had a hard time giving 1 STAR! Sorry Mary, I just saw your answer back to my review, your staff never ran any friend of ours to the doctors office. He took my father in law once to the doctors office. In which the doctor questioned your staff about his qualifications!! The only problem was you, Mary. You are unprofessional as a business. This can be seen from your answer back to my review of your company. READ all the other reviews of your company. Not one good review. It is funny when someone gives you a bad review you come back with such silly accusations back. NOT a professional, respectful answer back. That is how you treat your clients and the family. I was hoping for more from you, but got nothing, per all your reviews. It speaks volumes!

We had an appointment with Mary to come by to sign a contract and set up services for my father. She never showed up. She never called. She acted unprofessional. I would not recommend trusting the care of your loved ones to Mary. The Area Agency of the Aging had given me her name and when I called them to share what had happened, they said a number of people have made similar complaints about her.
