Our experience with Mission Palms Skilled Nursing Home has been nothing short of exceptional, both during my father-in-law's stay last year and now with my mother. Very clean and easy to access. The staff is helpful and friendly. Facility is well care with free odor and provided a lot if daily activities for patients. My Mom is very happy and well taken care by staffs of nurses and care giving . 👍 Good job guys and keep it up

Hello This is Phat Phan. I was a Patient at this amazing Nursing Home at Room 21B. I want to personally thank the Nurses, Therapists, & everyone involved in Mission-Palms for my recovery & for taking good care of me for the past month. I want to thank these 7 people in particular: Lynn Le, Loan Pham, Bill Pham, Lan Tran, Ng Minh Som, Angelica Herdrano, Jan, & all the Physical Therapist that help me walk again. I highly recommend Mission Palms Healthcare Center. For more than 3 weeks, I was taking care of my father in law in this health center. I’m impressed with the kindness of faculty personnels working here, front desk, social services, rehabilitation, nurses. Clean rooms. Nice building.

It is clear that the teams providing patient care went above and beyond with respect to physical therapy, nursing, dietary needs, activities, social services, and doctor attention. The CNA's provided the most often touch points, and we couldn't be happier with how they treated us. The facility is very clean and inviting and had such a warm atmosphere even amidst the COVID-19 chaos.

The entire team, from reception to maintenance (yes, we had some requests which were attended to very quickly by the maintenance department), even the folks helping us with the medical records, was absolutely fantastic. If your family needs a nursing home, I highly recommend Mission Palms.

I don't recommend this facility. The people that work there are abusive. They use cheap towels to clean your love ones bottom, causing sores. On December 12, 2023, during shower I witnessed one worker name Norma sprayed water straight on a patient's face, causing the patient to scream her head off.
