Jacob is always there to answer all my questions. Him and his wife are some of the kindest people you will meet. They will know you on a first name basis after picking up a single prescription. The service there is truly five star!!!!

I was lucky to have the good fortune as I did when I saw an article in the Monroe newspaper about Jacob. I've been using Faulkner's/Moose for 25 years, but Jacob is less than 4 miles from our house compared to 10 for Moose. I was amazed at the speed with which my prescription was filled. I'm talking by the time he entered my demographic information and my insurance information he had the prescription filled and I was putting my debit card in the reader!! Jacob always greets you with a smile, and loves to talk coffee ☕️ Until we decide to retire to the Eastern Caribbean we will be using Mineral Springs Pharmacy because of how awesome Jacob is!!!

Their dedication is evident in how they help me understand prescribed medications and engage in meaningful discussions about my current regimen. As I navigate my health at 65, I've learned that it's all about building a strong relationship with your healthcare provider.

The best go to for your pharmacy needs. Mr.Jacob is awesome as well as his wife and partner. They are personable, treat you like family and do their best to fill prescriptions as quickly as possible. Best of all they are not owned by a big corporation. If I have an issue with a prescription they call my dr, I do not have to go back and forth between the 2 which is great with my busy schedule. The pharmacist knows me when I walk in the door and who I am picking up for. As long as their doors are open we will continue to use Mineral Springs Pharmacy.
