Dr. Miller is the most caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Not to mention his office is immaculate, no dust flying around in there. I went here one time and never again. I was assured repeatedly that the cleaning would not come out of pocket, even when I talked to billing. A couple of months later I received a notice that I had been sent to collections over a $20 bill. I had not received ANY prior notice that I owed money, just this bill from a collections agency. So not only did they lie about the cleaning costing out of pocket (I had very simple military insurance, it’s either covered or it’s not) but they put a ding in our credit by not sending my husband and I any notice before hand.

I do NOT recommend this place.

I went to Dr Miller’s office for a cleaning. They were open early so that I didn’t have to change my schedule much. Dr Miller was very friendly and made good recommendations for cleaning my teeth.

Very dissapointed with their costumer service. I was trying to make an appt for my kids, and the lady on the other end, was very rude the whole time, and because I didn't have my insurance info on hand her answer was "Call back later". So, I ended up making the appointments somewhere else, where costumer service was exepcional.
