I went to see Dr Milano for an extraction. I was very nervous after a bad experience with another dentist years ago. From the moment I walked in I was treated warmly. The waiting room atmosphere almost makes you feel glad to be there. Thankful for a dentist with a great bedside manner who communicates well with the patient.

I had a great experience. Dr. Mazza who extracted all four of my wisdom teeth, was a great doctor that did the procedure in a timely and gentle manner. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!!

If I could rate this place it would be no stars. Dr. Milano working in my mouth WITH NO MASK ON, nor his nurse which besides it being COVID, even at the dentist they wear masks because of the proximity to the patients mouth. I was utterly disappointed in the service I received. Felt like my concerns were merely brushed off as nothing and wasn’t given proper explanations. Had stitches put in, I was screaming in pain for days I went in and they told me it was fine. Then when I was told my specimen needed to be sent out I stated specifically to send it to Lab corp and it was sent to quest, which isn’t covered my insurance which I made a point to state. Beyond unpleased.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff at Milano & Mazza are kind, professional and patient. I had a tooth extracted and it was painless and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
