They have a competent And courteous staff supporting them. Recently my son had a lot of pain in his bottom tooth, we were recommended by his regular dentists office to Dr. Umerich's office. I called and they had my son in his chair the very next day. Dr. Umerich was very professional and gave me a lot of information on how to get treatment started for my son. He was unable to preform the care my son needed, at no fault of his own. I recently had an unexpected dental emergency that was causing me constant severe pain and required an immediate tooth extraction. Due to bad experiences with other unrelated dentists in the area and not having dental insurance, I was quite apprehensive. However, my experience (on 09/07/2023) with Dr. Umerich and his team was nothing short of exceptional. Overall, my tooth extraction experience was as smooth, quick, and painless as it could possibly be, and I am incredibly thankful for that!

Allow me to share my positive experience in full.

After visiting several other dental practices in the area and experiencing downright atrocious service, (mainly consisting of sitting in waiting rooms for hours only to have the doctor take one look at a single blurry x-ray and attempt to convince me that I need a plethora of expensive procedures on other teeth, pushing their teeth whitening/cosmetic services, and refusing to provide any solution or aid to the actual tooth causing me pain due to my disinterest in the other unnecessary services), I began to lose hope that I would ever find a dentist that could help.

However, due to the severity of the pain and a trusted friend's recommendation, I scheduled an emergency visit with Dr. Umerich and was able to be seen the very next day.

Throughout the entire process, Dr. Umerich's expertise and skills were evident. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing any concerns or questions I had. His calm and gentle demeanor went a long way in soothing my fears. While waiting for the numbing agent to kick in, I was able to feel at ease due to my confidence that I was finally in good hands.

During the tooth extraction, Dr. Umerich and his team ensured that I was comfortable and pain-free. Their precision and efficiency were remarkable, as the procedure was completed without any complications and within minutes. I genuinely appreciate their attention to detail, taking extra care to avoid unnecessary discomfort.

In the past, I encountered other dental practices, in the area, that were not only unprofessional, but extremely unsanitary. This is why I feel it is also important to highlight that the entire building was immaculate and followed strict hygiene protocols at all times. This attention to cleanliness and safety gave me the utmost confidence in their commitment to patient well-being.

In addition to the excellent dental care received, the entire staff at Dr. Umerich's practice was friendly and accommodating. They were patient with my concerns, providing clear post-extraction care instructions and offering advice on pain management. As well as providing an ample amount of gauze so I would be able to properly care for the extraction site on my own. The procedure itself was also extremely affordable, especially in comparison to the prices from other dental practices in the area. It was evident that their primary goal was to ensure my speedy recovery and overall satisfaction.

Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience I had here. Dr. Umerich and his entire team truly made a difference in a extremely stressful situation. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care, whether it's an emergency or not. I most definitely will be returning here for all of my dental needs and I would recommend you do the same.

Love, love, love my experience here and the people who make it all possible! I have never been keen on visiting a dentist and have waited until something hurts or is wrong before going. (Perhaps it is lying there with my mouth wide open, light as bright as the sun in my eyes, and another person's hands in my cake hole that turns me off). THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE! In my usual fashion, I made an appointment only because a cutpurse Charms Sugar Daddy made off with my crown. It was my first time there and I was nervous. From the moment I walked in the door, the anxiety began melting away. The office runs like a well oiled machine because it is staffed with amazing people who greatly care for their patients and enjoy their chosen profession. It is always exceptionally clean and smells great.
Umerich Jr and Beth were professional, understanding, kind, and considerate. I was relieved to be in such capable hands. I had several more appointments and each experience was just as perfect as the one before. I had several fillings done (for shame on my part) and a crown. I will be going back for another and highly recommend Umerich Dentistry to any and everyone!!!

I went one time and the dental assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth. So I wanted my daughter to go I made the appointment when I left my 1st visit and when I called to confirm her appointment they told me no appointment was made.. this happened 2 more times and when I called understandably upset the 3rd time to ask what was going on I was told they don’t remember me at all or my phone calls then the “ Receptionist” rudely proceeded to ask my daughter information to yet again make another appointment. At the end of the intake call she told me I’d have to be ok with bringing my daughter in and having her go back by herself that I didn’t have a choice they do that for kids 3+. I didn’t use them for my daughter it’s only a male dentist and the request was inappropriate. Now my obgyn called the office for a correct fax number because I was given the wrong number! She said the were rude on the phone had her on speaker phone and laughed at her for inquiring about Novacaine. I’m disgusted with this office. I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision

Best dentist around! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. From the moment I first walked in I felt comfortable. Never felt judged and was assured I’d be taken care of. Dr. Is very kind and helpful and the staff I can’t say enough about. Now I have a beautiful smile and my whole family goes here. Best dentist hands down. Great with kids to.

I've been a patient of Dr. Umerich's for over 20 yrs. So when my friend had an issue with a painful molar that he couldn't get removed for 3 weeks, I figured I'd give Doc a call to see if they could help him out. Right from the first call, they were willing to do whatever they could to help him. I put them in contact with each other and Doc Jr. was able to get him in and resolve his issue within a few hours. NEVER have I EVER had someone thank me so much for a dentist visit!! My friend was SO happy to be relieved of the pain. I want to personally thank and recommend Doc Umerich, Doc Umerich Jr and the entire staff for not only helping out a friend of mine but also going the extra mile at the request of a current patient!!! I cannot give them a rating high enough. You all are the BEST!!!! Thank You!!!
