I absolutely love a place where you really don't like going, but have to. The dentist office has a warm welcoming staff and the dentist's are fabulous. I get stressed out just going to doctor or dentist and they tried to call me down immediately. My granddaughters had a visit today and they made them feel welcome. The girls weren't scared. I highly recommend, I am so pleased to have found such a wonderful dentistry.

Do NOT use this place for dentures. They don't honor there work. Nor do they try to work out a decent price for repair. I've had my dentures since 12/21 and two of the bottom teeth have fallen out. The girls that work the front are extremely hateful and rude,. Not a good business !!!

Greatest staff, ever! It seems to me that "customer service" is not what it used to be. HOWEVER, such is NOT the case with this office. Phone calls are answered, appointment reminders come from a lovely voice, not a robot! Thank you Dr. Santiago, Kayla and everyone I've encountered. You all take the time to truly care about your patients. Many thanks.

No one "LOVES" the dentist but I have to say it was a pleasant experience the hygienist was amazing I got like 4 shots of novacain and I didn't feel it she was so gentle and even sat down to talked to me a while. Then the dentist was really good he does an amazing job and very friendly. Thank you all. !! I will be back I hope not but I will I will recommend to anyone needing extractions or whatever! Very happy patient here.

Pleasantly Surprised! I’m writing this review, which I rarely do, because I noticed a couple negative reviews, which I realize now are not at all fair. My husband & I are new to the area & Dr Hyneman was not our first choice, due to the fact that the office is about an hour’s Drive from our home, but the closest Dental practice accepting my husband’s Insurance. The office is nothing fancy but clean. I noticed the Medical Filter in the waiting room, which assured us. We were immediately greeted by a receptionist & seen on time by a friendly & competent Dental Hygienist in a very clean room. The dental cleaning was thorough & painless. Dr Santigo examined our teeth & proposed treatment at a much more competitive & attractive price, (I do not have dental Insurance), offered at another Dentist in the area! Even though she was booked, Dr Santigo took the time to do a small filling for my husband. It was DEFINITELY WORTH the Hour Trip! We made an appointment to get our treatment taken care of & plan to be regular patients with Dr Santiago. Thank you very much to Dr Santigo, Kayla & Staff! We appreciate you?

I have never had such a gentle dental experience..my mouth is not soar, my lips are not cracked and beat up..it's like all other dentist I've had, didn't really care how I felt. Always was, it will be soar for a few days.. not with this one. Loved it

My family has had the best dental care here over the past 13 years. Dr.Santiago and all the staff are always friendly and very professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

USELESS! I have a major tooth emergency and they can see me in 3 months. I am in agony. Nope, I called Jennings & Larson who can get me in tomorrow. Nobody should wait 3 months for an seriously infected tooth.
