Mesquite Canyon Dental

My husband and I are new in the area and needed to find a new dentist. On the recommendation of a friend we chose this dental practice. We were very impressed and pleased with our first visit. Dr MeGee and his staff were very professional, caring and attentive to our needs. Findings and follow up treatment were very thoroughly explained without any pressure. The hygienist, Lisa ,was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answerer all my questions. Dr McGee was very thorough, very pleasant and understanding of our needs. Chris at the front desk was very helpful with explaining billing and dental insurance plans. I am recommending this practice to our daughter,

I am 84. I know my teeth are important and I am faithful about brushing and flossing. I had my semiannual teeth cleaning today. No cavities, praised by my hygienist and encouraged to continue with my routine as well as my water pick. I feel lucky to have Dr. McGee and his staff on my side.

I always feel very comfortable walking into Dr. McGee's office. Chris is always so sweet and the environment is very friendly and relaxing. While getting my teeth cleaned soft, mellow music was playing, which I appreciated. Carla does a great job, as does Dr. McGee. I appreciate how he always explains and shows me what's going on in my mouth. He isn't pushy about treatment I may need, but let's me make the decision. He educates me about what's going on so that I can make that decision. I am so pleased to have found this dental office!

I have been coming here for a short time now but continue to be impressed and love this team. Lyuba helped with my cleaning today and provided amazing attention to detail when she saw I had bonding on my teeth still from when my braces were removed over 15 years ago and she removed it for me without me having even asked. They are so kind and patient here with people like me with dentist anxiety too. The receptionist recognizes me and knows me by name. They are so personable. Just such a great practice.

As always, going to this clinic was a pleasant experience. Chris meets you at the reception desk and efficiently checks you in. Dr McGee and Kelly picked out the perfect color to match my tooth when they fixed the chipped corner. I was out in 40 minutes with a repaired front tooth that was stronger than it had been. Good job, all!

Review from a current patient... I spent nearly 2 hours as Dr. McGee and his lovely assistants, Kelli & Chris, helped remove a crown, get it ready for a new one, only to find decay, and had to remove all of it before proceeding with the new crown. As usual, Dr. McGee was professional and most kind, with some humor thrown in. We were getting ready for a huge 12 day cruise trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it was very important that this dental work be completed before we left. When the Novacain wore off, I was in a type of pain that seemed like my neighbor tooth was also in trouble. Dr. McGee called me after Chris, the superb woman who runs the show there, called him. Now it’s 8:30 pm. Not only did he call me, but met us in the dental office and spent another hour desensitizing the problem tooth, redoing his work and sent us home with follow up care and a fix -it kit with an extra temporary tooth in case we had trouble on our trip. We spoke the next morning and I updated him with the good news about my tooth as it was feeling better and the pain was nearly gone. My husband had a new crown made the day before and ALSO was given the fix it kit just in case. Lucky us! Dr. McGee is outstanding.

Dr McGee is the BEST!!! I have been going to Dr. McGee and Carla for almost 12 years. They and everyone that has ever worked in that office have always made it the best experience. Anytime I hear about someone looking for a dentist I am first person to chime in “Go see Dr. McGee!” I know whoever I send there is going to be a customer for life. Seriously , if you are looking for an excellent dentist that is honest, cares about his clients and you can trust he that he isn’t always trying to sell unnecessary dental procedures look no further.

I finally found a dentist that is great from start to finish. The office staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to take time to answer insurance questions. So pleased with the Hygienist. Love the system they have for scheduling and reminders. Dr. McGee is awesome, best care for my teeth I've had in a long time, very thorough, and not over the top on the preventive side doing work that is not necessary. I feel like he stays on top of what is going on. Very gentle and yet fast. My son discovered him when he needed an implant on one of his front teeth. something that we had gone through several dentist to get right and never could. Dr. McGee did amazing work on it and it looks beautiful, best I've ever seen. His personality is pleasant, makes a point to visit with you. The visits are actually fun. He definitely cares about his patients. He's a good one!
