Decent dentist, pleasant dental assistants, but very rude office person...Tequila is her name, which is fitting because when you leave out of there you'll need a drink! No receptionist, and Tequila is as far away from the front door as she can get so you don't disturb her. Don't ask questions, just take what she gives you, or else the impatience begins. I did speak to the dentist about her behavior, and it went unchecked. He said,, " you know these young people these days". She was even more rude the next time.
If you like a rude, unpleasant, self serve experience, go for it!

I can see why this place has been receiving good reviews. The office was extremely professional and accommodating. I came in just to get a consultation done for concerning areas of my mouth. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and quick. They were able to diagnose occurrences in my mouth quickly and explain the best possible ways to monitor and treat them. I'm very happy with this place, and would definitely recommend this place for people that haven't been to the dentist in a while and are trying to look for a nice and approachable office. I went today for my first visit, and it was a very positive experience. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I saw Dr. Al, who really took his time to diagnose and explain my dental issues. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

The hygienist who took care of my cleaning was delightful. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and she thoroughly explained the process every step of the way. She made me feel very at ease and answered all my questions with patience and kindness.

Dr. Al Khateeb was excellent. Upon reviewing my X-rays, he gave me a detailed analysis of my dental health and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. He made recommendations on future treatments, but there was no pressure to book them during the visit.

The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful in scheduling my next appointment. They made me feel like a valued patient rather than just a number.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Mesa Dental. The staff was efficient, professional, and very personable. I would highly recommend this office to all my family and friends.

A huge thank you to Dr. Al-Khateeb and his team! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My mother broke her dentures unexpectedly and I called in to see if we could walk-in same day. They took us in, identified the failure point, explained thoroughly on a replacement, and also corrected the issue so it won’t happen again. It’s hard to find honest work at a reasonable price, I’m so glad I decided to give Dr Al-Khateeb a try. We’ll be back for any future dental needs. Thank you guys so much!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever visited. I’ve been going here for 5 years now, and I just finished the best cleaning so far. They are attentive, responsive, and do high quality work here.
James did a debridement on my teeth, it’s a deep cleaning for bacteria and tartar, and I feel brand new after finishing up. He gave me more than enough information on the treatment, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout it.
My teeth are brighter and healthier. Definitely give this place a try if you are on the fence.

I am very happy with Mesa Dental. Al is excellent in his workmanship. I got 6 implants a few years ago and they are all good 🙂

Their fees are reasonable and their staff is very cheerful. Jeannie and Norma are very helpful. Easy to set up appointments!
