I just move close to mercy pharmacy went inside and oh my god nobody say hi, smile, or ask me if i needed help . What’s wrong with this people with no good customer service. Please change this people with someone that has good customer service. Who ever is the owner or manager. Hopefully they read the reviews. I see I’m not the only one that complained about this pharmacy.

Please everyone don't fall for this false advertisement.Mercy pharmacy staff is passing out fliers to Clinics in South Gate and the person passing the fliers sounds very sweet and is very convincing but when you actually go to mercy is very different story they don't give snacks like the flier says they take more then half an hour to fill your prescription plus they don't talk the Pharmacy just gives you a stare and the lady on the back doing the prescription don't even greet and looks Upset and gives you a ded look. If you are looking for a nice Pharmacy whit great customer service just go to South Gate Pharmacy they are fast and friendly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
Yesterday around 1-2pm, I took my grandmother in for her to pick up her meds. She had asked for a a bottle of water and was DENIED by the young girl with black hair ! Despite the fact that this office is unwelcoming , after this unpleasant visit, I will be looking into another pharmacy in the area.!

Mercy Pharmacy has the worse’s customer service. This girl name Elsa or Elisa was so rude . I will be changing my family to another pharmacy for sure. Owner if you ever read this try to hire people that are mature, respectful, and with great customer service that like to work Or the business will go down for sure soon.

I was referred to this pharmacy by one of my cousins that work for Complete care Hp, and i took my prescription in but when i walked in the two girl clerks were on their phone and they never greeted me. I decided to go to cvs where they have better customer service.

This place is great! Dalia helped me out today and she was very efficient and helpful but also the whole staff was very kind and helpful as well. Nice & clean store that is a pharmacy, post office, gifts & cards shop! definitely recommend:))

Today I stoped by mercy to pick up my uncle’s medicine and finally the pharmacy had a new employee with a nice attitude I usually come to pick up and the pharmacy owner and the lady in the back the one who types always look too serious like they don’t like they job but today it was a new person with a nice attitude
