Diana is really great. She takes the time to listen to her patients and follows through on dealing with insurance and prescriptions immediately. I had one issue with this location and that was that I got lost when I arrived at the elementary school. I failed to read the previous review so I walked to the front entrance of the school and the door was locked. I proceeded to drive around the school looking for another building or a sign. I called Mercy and they directed me to a small door to the left of the main entrance. I was about 40 minutes late but they still accepted me. Just be aware that the clinic is in the school and you'll be fine.

Diana seems somewhat knowledgeable, but they will not return MyMercy messages and patient/Dr communication is subpar. If you have a cold, this is a decent place. If you have more complex issues, like special blood work or specialty needs, this is not your place. It’s more geared for kids as the office is attached to a school. Not ideal for adults with preexisting conditions.

I am grateful for Diana and the entire staff at this mercy location. They are always so patient and kind. They are a true representation of what people want to see in the healthcare industry. My first in person appointment was an adventure because my Lyft driver didn’t know where to drop me off. I was unsure too until I called them and they informed me that they are at the same building as the school lol. I ended up getting a lift from a local fire fighter. Just a heads up if you are a new patient to be. This is a school based Mercy clinic and everyone there are super friendly.?

Absolutely horrible place! Would not recommend. I took my mother to see NP Diane (never been here previously), due to her regular Dr. having already left for the day. We scheduled the appointment due to my moms Dexcom G6 in her stomach was leaking fluid. She had used this device several times now and has never had this happen before, so naturally, we were scared and wanted to get her seen by a Dr. to let us know if it's ok. Nothing else was needed, just needed to know if this was something that happens sometimes or not, or what might have been causing this. We were locked out of the Dr. office and we are called by the receptionist stating they cancelled her appointment because they don't have the equipment needed to help her. The only equipment needed was a set of eyes! That was it! Ultimately we just removed the device and is no longer an issue. Yes, it was an easy fix, and we know this now but the way we were treated was so unprofessional. PLEASE PLEASE steer clear of this place!
