I travel daily throughout the state as as a medical equipment technician, so I see many facilities, as a nurse I’ve also worked in a number of facilities. This facility feels different from the moment you walk in. First, it is IMMACULATE! From the common areas to resident quarters are so clean you can eat off the floors. The care staff is very warm and attentive to the patients, which is rare, down to the executive director; this gentleman is definitely knowledgeable on how to run and keep a facility.
Look no further if you or a family member needs one on one care, you will fall in love with this facility.

I had to get my friend who has Alzheimer’s into care. This facility has been absolutely amazing! The entire staff, from the director to the nurses and activity director and the aides have been outstanding . The place is very clean and the food is great. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. EVERY single time I pop in to see him ( I stop by at least twice a week) I am impressed by the care he is receiving. I would highly recommend this facility.

My friend has been receiving care here for a few weeks now, and the care she is receiving is far superior to what she has received at other hospitals and rehab centers over the past several months. Staff are attentive, friendly, and polite, the atmosphere is relaxed, the facility is very clean and cheerfully decorated. I would recommend this health center for anyone needing compassionate care.

My mom & I took a tour of this place for my dad and we really liked the activities woman. She was very funny and nice and the residents seemed to like her. The place itself seemed more like a hospital setting than a home but it was very clean so we liked that!

"Speaking of care and compassion! I’ve spent a considerable amount of time visiting with a friend who is a resident at Menomonee Falls Health Services. Her care has been not only amazing but far exceeded my expectations. For example, the office director went out of her way and on her own time to retrieve a lost laptop. When a nurse noticed that I had not eaten, she brought me some food. They do all this with a smile and a pleasant attitude. (I’ve actually heard a couple of the staff singing or humming while they work) I could go on and on but I think you get the picture."

If there is somebody you love Keep them as far away from that place as possible, If there is someone you hate By all means admit them as soon as possible. There's a lot more than just one reason that place Is only 20% full. If I told you the stuff they were guilty of They wouldn't even post this review. I know what I'm talking about, I was a resident there For a long time.

Our medical director is always available for calls and orders are received and implemented promptly. Menomonee Falls Health Services staff truly care for the residents they serve each day. They are striving to provide excellent care for each and every resident daily. The therapy team is excellent and offers several specialized programs such as lymphedema. The facility has strong covid policies in place to protect their residents. I’d highly recommend this skilled nursing facility.
