Dr. Patel was very personable with my son (3.5 yrs old), calmly explained everything he was checking and why, patient with my son to do as he was told, and open to my questions along the way. His next steps were clear and support nurses/front desk were wonderful. The whole experience was quick given I was a walk in with no appointment. It was very unexpected that the whole experience lasted less than a few hours.

Everyone feels like family here. Today I witnessed a doctor arrive and the first thing he did was visit with each staff member and give them a hug. He cares about the team and it shows with each staff. All of the doctors are professional and very caring. Mr. Patel is patient, listens carefully, ensures a mutual understanding and that the patient is happy. He provides a very person-centered approach and tailors recommendations and a follow-up to the needs and preferences of the patient. I couldn't recommend this urgent care enough!

We came in 10 mins before closing with our toddler who needed stitches. Dr. Patel and staff helped us right away. They were compassionate and Dr. Patel was gentle with our kid. Vy Kieu was very prepared for my appointment. Questions were encouraged & she/they had well thought out answers. She/they set expectations for my first physical in years and then met all of them. She/they pushed back professionally on my stubborn approach to a specific medical concern without being officious or demeaning; which earned my respect. I have never been an easy patient. I was seen on time and the office personnel at check in, nursing staff during, and the phlebotomist to end the appointment were wonderful.
