I can’t say enough great things about my dentist and the amazing team! They did my veneers today, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. The veneers look so natural and beautiful—truly a transformation!

This isn’t my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. I always come here for all my dental needs because the care and professionalism are unmatched. From cleanings to more advanced procedures, they consistently go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident.

Can I give zero stars?

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have been to this place twice. The first time, about two years ago, the dentist was reasonably competent, but on the last visit, about three months ago, the dentist almost pulled out all my teeth because she was so clueless when she just cleaned them. I have never had any problems with my teeth, and I have never had cavities. Secondly, when she cleaned my teeth too hard, she pulled out the retainer I had behind my teeth in the lower part of my mouth without me asking. This retainer was used to keep my bottom teeth from moving anymore, because I had braces and they could not be removed. After they saw that she had done the wrong thing by removing them, they tried to charge me $500 to put another one in its place, and I refused to pay this absurd amount. On top of all this, now my bottom teeth are moving because of this incorrect process. Unfortunately, they have a lot of new people working there without much experience and they do not do a good job. Therefore, avoid them messing with something and then doing it wrong and then demanding that you do what should have been done right from the start.

I’ve been feeling disappointed with the level of care at this orthodontic office. I don’t feel like my orthodontist gives me enough time to express any concerns during my visits. When my lower brackets were put on, the assistant didn’t even ask if anything was poking me, which should be a basic part of the process. As a result, I experienced constant pain for two weeks, and my lower wire even broke on both sides. I wish the staff would take more time with their patients to ensure everything is comfortable and properly checked before they leave. A little more attention to detail would go a long way in improving the patient experience.

I came to the office for a check up and a cleaning. The dental hygienist was nice, caring, knowledgeable and overall great. Unfortunately I was not able to see the doctor I made an appointment with for whatever reason. They said I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for that (I was already there for 60 + minutes between waiting in reception, x-rays, and the cleaning).
I went to the office on Washington Blvd. Which is nice and modern. Unfortunately, this office (and the other office) is so loud all the time. The workers talking and talking loudly which is hard to deal with. I wish they could make an effort to be less noisy and loud.
The 4 stars go to the dental hygienist who is a gem. I highly recommend her.

Also I have had fillings, crowns, root canals, ortho, extractions and implants.
The Dr’s and staff are the best in all departments.

Excellent dentist! Very honest and professional. My son has been in ortho 3 months and we can already see such a great difference. Best price for quality in regards of ortho in the area!
