Very positive and pleasant visit from beginning to end. The receptionist, Dawn, was very helpful. She looked into and resolved my health insurance information that had been entered incorrectly in the system. Dawn also assisted with a billing issue as well. She was very nice and met me with a smile. I will mess up her name but I think her name is Nargi (so sorry). She was very pleasant as well asking questions for my wellness visit. We actually had a good laugh as one question I couldn't understand as she was wearing a mask. She pointed at her ears meaning she wanted to know if I had hearing aids. I DO have them but didn't understand what she was saying. Dr. Armstrong is so calming and pleasant. He really took the time to ensure all of my medical information was updated. He also explained the results of my blood work in detail and advised how I can improve some of the results. I was never rushed and he listened when I had some questions. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Armstrong in handling my medical care. Highly, highly recommend

I have been treated by MedStar for ailments in the past. I've found the personal connections with all of my doctors have been excellent. It's with this trust to have with your doctor that makes all the difference. Dr Armstrong is an incredible physician and a dedicated individual who goes above all this with connection to his patients and interest in our well being.

I absolutely loved this place when Dr. Sulkowski was here but since she left I haven't gotten the same level of care. Most recently I've been seeing Angela Gardner who is completely dismissive, doesn't answer my questions, and is just generally unhelpful. I gave it one last shot but after she decided to ignore my autoimmune issues that I have 0 control over and focus solely on weight (which I've been working on) I'm done. If you have any type of weight issues I'd look somewhere else. That was what I loved about Dr. Sulkowski, while yes we of course had the weight discussion she never dismissed underlying issues that were contributing to it.

Outstanding and efficient service! Greeted by the pleasant staff immediately upon arrival and checked in. Was called 5 minutes before my appointment time! After vitals were recorded, Dr. Armstrong arrived for my visit. Dr Armstrong is an outstanding physician. He listens, and gives detailed explanations of symptoms, causes and treatments that are easy to understand. The entire visit went like clockwork! Additionally, if bloodwork is needed there is a lab onsite. I highly recommend this facility. Healthcare doesn’t get any better than this team!

Dr. Paul Armstrong is a new PCP for me. I’ve had 3 appointments and he has been the same each time. He is professional, clear, attentive, encouraging and empathetic.
I never feel rushed while in his care. He’s straight forward, which I really appreciate!

This was my first visit to the Forest Hill Medstar facility. The Forest Hill Medstar office staff was very accommodating. I received prompt attention from the administrative team at the front desk. The nursing staff prepared me for the visit and made me feel welcome. Dr Armstrong was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I plan to continue my ongoing healthcare at the Forrest Hill Medstar location with Dr. Armstrong.

Dr Armstrong and his staff have always been warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I feel heard here. (They answer my questions, even if I fear my questions are kind of dumb sometimes.) Dr Armstrong has always been thorough. I drive 20 miles to be seen here, because it's worth it.
