My wife and I have been patients of Dr Morrison for over 20 years. Speaking of him specifically, I have grown to appreciate his personal level of care and accessibility. I never feel rushed and don't remember any other general practitioner actually following up to see how I was when he was especially concerned. He also provided extra support related to my FAA/pilot medical certification needs. I believe he has seen a LOT in his career and I trust him. Some people here complain about the staff at the facility, I have never had a problem and most individuals are first rate. But it is the doctor and the care that I am most concerned about.

I went to see Dr. Tirmizi for my first time and the office was empty. I didn’t see any other patients in the waiting area, yet he still hardly made eye contact while speaking with me. I didn’t feel like he fully tried to address my concerns, and he or his office also missed sending one of my prescriptions to the pharmacy. The worst part was calling to reschedule a follow up to do my labs and blood work. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes and finally gave up. Later my husband made an appointment for me to see the doctor, but I couldn’t make it so I called to reschedule, and the employee was condescending and rude. When I explained my situation she told me she would cancel the appointment and wave the fee, but when I tried to make a new appointment she said, “This time you’re sure you will make it” as though she were scolding her child. It was extremely disrespectful. If the doctor were worth it I may have overlooked the employee’s rude behavior, but he isn’t.

There is no 0 star otherwise i would have opt that. this doctor doesn't have any understanding on what cover and what not cover under insurance and what to diagnosis and what not to diagnosis as per the nature of appointment. be care full many unnecessary tests are comes under your pocket. i hate this service.
