The staff and care for my father-in-law received at the Meadows was exceptional! Especially the PT and OT staff. He was there 35 days and they were able to successfully transition him to return back home! They were always kind to him; worked him hard; and knew him by name. He got to know ,many of the staff, tenants and guests too, which also made his stay rewarding. When we visited the facility, it was clean, safe and very welcoming. I highly recommend their facility and services.

My stay at the meadows was very rewarding and most pleasant. The personal
worked diligently to correct the weakness in my left arm and leg. Every day I could feel myself getting stronger. The quality of care was excellent. Anyone that needs therapy should go to the meadows .THANKS.

Qualified, friendly staff, Pleasant rooms and the food is good! I'm happy here. A few days ago they took a group of us to see "Wicked" They paid for the tickets, candy, popcorn, and sodas. Nice time!

Have a great things to say about The Meadows Rehab Center both occupational and physical.. I have been there on more than one occasion for help. The staff that treated me were fantastic. They addressed my needs to the the best way they could and had great success in my Rehabilitation. I would like to thank the staff that worked with me Richelle,Sam, Joe and Ken. IF I could add anything is if you need rehab, my personal opinion, it is right on your backyard.THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

The dream team: our OT and PTs were the absolute best. Richelle and Emily worked together helping my mom after a very serious stroke. They were diligent and compassionate. As an additional level of treatment, they taught me everything I needed to know to help transition my mom home safely. All their insights helped tremendously after she came back. We ordered the right equipment and were able to transition from the bed to a wheelchair safely every time. They were thoughtful, careful experts that brought humor and kindness to each and every difficult job. We were and are extremely grateful for them.

This is a GREAT facility!
My grandmother was admitted after a fall and surgery to fix hip. The staffing is a little short handed but they work together as a team to get things done. They are great. The Rehab department is excellent! They managed to get Gram up and walking the first week there. She was discharged after 2+ months and is now home and doing excelent!
This place is Excelent.
