Let's just say my father in law, Girlfriend father, has been at Meadow wood for 4 weeks to recover from being in SF HOSPITAL. They have left him in his fesses for hours with no one around, He rings the help button, no one responding, needless to say , rashes down below. They don't give his pain meds on time, he is literally Yelling for an hr for someone. The employees secretly have said to me , This place sucks, They would NOT bring there family hear. The head nurse named Charlie has an EGO/ POWER TRIP problem, Jean the director has done nothing to rectify anything ( I came to her a week before) . Charlie is head of nursing yet is in a wheelchair very larg woman and very combative! Refused to give me her name. Christian is in charge of transporting, Is more worried about keeping his job than the well-being of the people in the facility. 3 people could not answer when he had his pain meds last. Extremely un professional. They called the police on me for asking to many questions, who is in charge, who is head nurse, names of people. Stay away from this place. Turns out Charlie is an Alias name, her real name is SHARMAIN BERROYER. Why a fake name? Very power hungry person. What she fails to see, is we pay her salary, she works for us, just like police, if asked for there name and badge or job title, it is required to give it by law, WE need to know who is working on our loved ones, to hold them accountable. This facility called the police on me for asking names and job titles, that's it. They will ignore your loved ones.

Meadowood nursing home is a great place to have your loved ones they are extremely care if and have such a good staff they all seem to love their job and have lots of love for the residents I would 100000 percent recommend meadowood nursing to anyone in need of finding a place for their loved ones

This place is disgusting! The stench is horrendous every time I go to visit my friend who has been treated like an inmate instead of a patient. Some of the staff is nice but Christy in particular is awful sticking her nose in patients business that she has no authority to question. Some one bring the bleach and douche the entire place.

This is a nice facility. There are other aftercare places that I have visited which were not nearly as nice.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as very supportive of their clients.
One thing I really appreciate is that if you bring complete veterinary health and vaccination records and then meet with the activities coordinator, you can get approved to bring in a dog for a visit ❤️.
This makes a big difference in the well-being of someone who is away from home, and has a dog who they are missing.
I do not know if there's a size restriction on the service, as my dog is very small. But overall I would say that the staff here do everything they can to make the experience good for their clients.
Also the rooms are bright. There is a beautiful meadow across the street and overall the experience of being inside of the facility is pleasant and positive, never dimly lit or frightening.

My dad was there for a few weeks and I spent a whole week there. The staff is amazing and the rooms are so clean. They have great PT and OT- wonderful food and a truly caring staff. I and my dad were treated with the utmost respect. The staff is very loving and care for their patients. The bird cage, the fish tank, the beautiful gardens made his stay there wonderful. Thank you for the good work you do. You should be very proud to serve the community in the excellent ways you do.
