Here is a breakdown of a typical appointment. Show up 15 minutes early to an appointment. Wait in line as a patient argues with the secretary, she clearly is new and has no idea what she is doing. Moving forward I check in and take a seat. While waiting more patients walk in and check in as well. 11am rolls around and the nurse walks into the waiting room and calls a different patient who checked in after me. Makes me feel greatly appreciated. This happens once more and now its 11:30am and I still have not seen the doctor. Finally it's time for me to see the doctor and the nurse calls me back. After waiting 20 minutes in the patient room the doctor walks in and we small talk for 5 minutes. I express my health concerns and and the doctor uses very broad terms because they clearly have no idea what they are doing. Then they have the audacity to tell me to come back in two weeks for a follow up after offering common sense advice. I personally pay a $25 copay for each appointment and I feel that is ridiculous that they can ask me to come back after providing zero insight or medical guidance. The practice feels more like a scam than a doctors office. Paying $25 copay and then not making any progress on my health concerns is the the exact opposite of what I expect out of a doctors office. I would not recommend that anyone uses this practice. You can save yourself the trouble and go to urgent care, pay $50 and get results in less than an hour instead of two weeks. The employees at this practice have no respect for patients time and wellness.

My last appointment I waited one and a half hours just to see the doctor as multiple people who checked in after me recieved their service first. You will spend 99% of your time waiting to get sub par results. On a side notice the office is very dirty and not maintained how you would expect a private practice doctors office to be.

Worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. The actual MD in the office, only saw him once in the 5 years I’ve been with the office. Which he was terrible, always cuts you off when your trying to share your issue, he is very belittling and degrading. Then on to the PA, Brooke, unprofessional and rude. Coming from someone who suffered a very bad case of vertigo. Shared I was In need of a nausea medication to help the dizziness, was told I needed to go to the hospital that she couldn’t help me, that I needed to be completely diagnosed first. Also coming from a person who suffers anxiety, she neglected to fill my anxiety medication and when I shared I had felt like I had given her ample time to fill it in advance and that I was going to need to find a doctor who was willing to help she declined filling my meds and denied. Mind that any patient with severe anxiety would tell you, panic attacks and the hyperventilating from panic attacks is terrible and something no one should have to deal with. Worst office ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible staff, very unsanitary and very unprofessional and rude

Office staff was fine- it appears that the Doctors are less that knowledgeable about medicine. If you have an issue they refer you to call 911 or go the hospital. Urgent care is by far a way better place to go. They spend time and actually talk to you for more than 5 minutes. Being a private practice and not affiliated to a hospital was a plus for me when I was looking for a doctor However- I was sadly disappointed. Now my opinion is having your doctor affiliated with a hospital might be better. All of the negative feedback I am reading is true to form. Overall I’ll keep going to Urgent Care for colds and other issues and look for another Doctor who I can see for maintaining my health.

I will suggest going somewhere else. I needed a simple prescription refilled that they prescribed earlier in the year. They denied the approval to get it refilled based on the simple fact that I did not have an appointment with my doctor in the past 6 months. Keep in mind that my doctor left the practice earlier in the year and they failed to notify me that they have a policy that indicates that they will not be able to refill my prescriptions without a check up with the new doctor. I pleaded with them that the condition I have will greatly worsen if I did not receive that prescription that very day. Without any compassion or remorse they told me they cannot and basically did not care. They consistently rudely conveyed to me that this whole situation was my problem and my fault. They did offer an appointment the following morning but doesn't solve the problem that my conditioned would have already worsened by then. I'm going to Urgent Care in order to get my prescription.

Awful care and found out later through friends who used to see him years ago that one's mother was misdiagnosed and nearly died and potentially doc henry paszko shut down his original practice to cover up for child sa/a accusations.

Henry M. Paszko, M.D. too easily drifts away from objective facts / sufficient evidence-based orthodox physiological medical science ... towards his own strange, rushed, unverifiable, and unsolicited "opinions" on matters totally unrelated to your purpose(s) for the office visit. Answer his off-topic questions at the office visit at your own risk. His "clinical" practice of medicine might not bother you unless you someday discover that his slanderous "whole person" independent perspective has been indelibly transferred into your medical records. If you find a surprise hoax diagnosis based on insufficient evidence in your medical records, see the first google search result that comes up with, "Amending Your Medical Records in New York State" and "Fraud In Medicine - New York State Department of Health."

My husband changed doctors so I went with him because I thought about changing to well it would be good if the doctor would listen to his patients it's his way or the highway the doctors bedside manner is horrible they told my husband if he's that sick go to emergency they didn't have time to see him
