I will definitely be keeping him as my dentist!! I have severe anxiety and the dentist in particular triggers it because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past. I’ve had issues with cavities and my wisdom teeth for a while now so I finally scheduled to have something done about it. Every time I have been there he’s been so welcoming and talks to me before hand and keeps me informed throughout the process of what is happening and what I will be experiencing which has helped me so much. He also is very swift in his work and I love that he made sure I got in super quick, I had 3 appointments all a week a part and It made me very happy that I was able to get it all over with asap. Also when it came to my wisdom teeth specifically he made sure to check if I was numb and gave me extra shots on the one that was inflamed to numb it to the best of his abilities and constantly checked in on me since I did still feel the pain a bit since it was infected, but again Dr Robert Is very good and quick with his work so it only hurt for about 10 seconds. Other than that one tooth, I have not felt any pain in his chair at all and I am now so happy that I have my smile back! Thank you Dr. Robert!!

This dentist doesn't care for your children and their dental care. The secretary is very abrupt, uncaring and unsympathetic to callers. They cannot retain or gain new child patients with a very tough attitude, she's not nice in any respect or understanding of families and their issues nor their schedules. If she's the only secretary for scheduling, she's not very easy to speak with. No one wants to go through her schedule, the patients need to be understood.

This kind of attitude, they collect insurance or your hard earned money, tell the patients to come three weeks later while a child is experiencing pain is not going to work for me or anyone. She calloused, mean, nasty and wants to schedule children in pain at the time fur three weeks later.

If you see a sarcastic or uncaring response to this, take note they care for no one, count that bad response as a immediate red flag.

Three week and this secretary is enjoying a child in pain, family in need talking abrupt in a mean manner to them.

DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE - TERRIBLE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN IN NEED OF CARE

Children services, dentist and doctors need to be professional, polite and both caring with compassion, understanding for those they serve, especially children! 🤢 ☢️

This office proves to be a huge disappointment, don't allow them to not care about your child! 🚸

Ask her the schedule before she takes all of your personal information. ℹ️ ⚠️

If the dentist is excellent to anyone, the secretary is losing him clients.

Go to another dentist!

Two years or more have passed and I still feel bad that I was told all of my tooth was extracted and when I went back a few times after no x-ray was taken, I had full insurance coverage at the time and now it's costing me out-of-pocket money to fix and I'm still in daily annoyance pain:/, but I just feel bad about the level of care so buyer beware.

It's easily seen on the x-ray from my new dentist .

I am 67 years old....and thought I was past the point of being impressed by anyone. One visit to Dr McCracken changed that!!! OMG the staff is awesome and Dr McCracken is TREMENDOUS! Beyond being a great dentist, he is SO PERSONABLE....so easy to ask questions to....and he gives you answers in ENGLISH not in "doctor-eze"! He fixed a broken tooth...and two chipped teeth all in ONE VISIT! Call this Old Man " IMPRESSED" and SO fortunate to have Dr McCracken as my new dentist!!!🥰

He's BY FAR THE BEST dentist I've EVER met in my life, 5 stars doesn't give him enough credit! My daughter can't even go to the doc without freaking out getting shots etc, he pulled a cracked front tooth when she was about 4yrs old she didn't budge and we've been going ever since. My daughter literally ASKS to go to the dentist. I cannot wait till he takes more patients cuz I would LOVE to switch to him myself.

Dr. Mccracken is very nice, but I have never ever been to a dentist who told children to wait to floss, and they didn't use floss during the cleaning! My daughter was 4/5 when we started going here but even up to her last appointment he still said it wasn't necessary. Her father's side has a history of issues so maybe I'm overly paranoid but still. During the pandemic appointments were obviously cancelled, which is understandable. But they never call to reschedule and the last three times I called they were closed for thr week.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Dr. McCracken, he is an Amazing dentist. That being said, the one and only office rep. is AWFUL at customer service and scheduling. At least twice to me and once toward my husband, we have gone to in for our appointment only to be told we missed it by a convenient and consistent 30min. I ALWAYS put the time my calendar and when we show up, "oh I'm sorry you were supposed to be here 30 min ago." First time, figured it was my mistake, but after the 3rd, 4th time it's inexcusable and frankly fraud.

Absolutely love dr McCracken! Best dentist I've ever been too! Everyone is really nice and friendly and they all make sure you feel comfortable. Ive been going there for a few years now and i couldn't be happier with everything they have done for me to make sure i have a beautiful and healthy smile.
