Never a long wait time unless I show up early, but that's my own fault. I can honestly say the staff here is super friendly and shows genuine concern for your specific needs. I literally came here because I was initially misdiagnosed by another facility, and I was immediately impressed with the way they handled everything! They put my care and concerns first and were very informative, essentially helping me understand the what's, how, and why. I would recommend this clinic to everyone, that is, if it is something they can manage at this specific location. 5 out of 5 stars well deserved!

I could not have my appointment with the orthopedics department when I was supposed to because the doctor I had would be out of town, so we scheduled for about a week or two out from when I should have had my appointment. Then my appointment gets canceled just because the doctor I had decided to go to a different office for the day...this appointment was also made a month or two in advance. Then I call to reschedule my appointment and now I'm being told to call later because their systems are down. Would not recommend.

Went to the walk-in clinic.The front desk and nursing staff were rude, and not friendly at all. They seemed very busy, so the wait time was fair. With having flu like symptoms, Dr. McCharles did not send me home with any medication’s, just a work excuse. The whole experience was a waste of time.

Terrible wait time. We waited over 2 hours before we actually were able to see a doctor. Had a baby with me who wasn’t able to eat or be changed because I left the diaper bag in the car as I didn’t anticipate this extremely long wait just for another child to be seen for a cough. I have never waited this long for care!

Have had constant pain in shoulder, doctors here couldn't care less. Specifically sports medicine and dr kuzma. Had 2 appointments canceled on me and given a telephone appointment only to be told he can't do anything over the phone or cares to do anything to help anyway. 4k spent to stop the pain in my shoulder, mayo has done exactly NOTHING to help, no answers no diagnosis. Just the bills they love to charge for doing absolutely no good. ABSOLUTELY TRASH HEALTHCARE!

They usually preschedule appointments but past a certain time (4PM) in our case, they transition to an urgent care. Location, facilities and staff were top notch. We were in and out for a potential covid & strep illness in about a half hour.
