My husband was a patient at Maybrook for almost 4 months. From the nurses, aids, therapists to the custodial staff I found everyone to be very friendly and gave excellent care. The therapists worked him very hard and offered constant encouragement. Ride along transport to doctor appointments, decorated hallways lifted your spirits, snack shop offered reasonably priced meals and a place to visit and pet friendly are all reasons I would recommend Maybrook Hills.

Wanted to give a great big shout out to Maybrook Daycare.. Jess is amazing to work with and very professional and knowledgeable and flexible and helpful... Hailey is amazing!!!!!!! She just started not too long ago as my child's teacher/care giver and he has came out of his shell so much.. Hailey has increased his number of words he says.. So THANKFUL, For my experience with the DAYCARE, I felt comfortable knowing my kid was in good hands..

This place is dirty and unsanitary. Nursing doesn't do their job. They sit at the nurses stations on their phones. I was visiting my aunt and I witnessed a nurse video calling with a family member. A client was screaming for help for over 15 minutes and the staff was making comments about her being a nuisance. Not to mention the food that was being served was cold and uncooked for lunch and dinner it was cold, late and her she was given something she is severely allergic too, her dinner was also over cooked, no napkins on the tray, water all over the trays, the silverware was dirty and she did not get her coffee. When I asked about it i was informed that kitchen was out of coffee amongst many other items. Needless to say I removed my aunt from that facility immediately. Once she was removed we found numerous bed sores on her body. I would not recommend sending your family members to this place. The staff was very rude to me and aunt. It's disappointing really. I'm pretty sure hippa was violated with many different clients. I am just beside myself with this place

In behave of my mother who spent a couple weeks in your facility she wanted to thank everyone that worked with her during her rehabilitation . And she wanted to give a special thanks to Bobbie Moffet . Words out of Donna Williams mouth " Bobbie has always went above and beyond to help myself , roommate , others , even staff , she's very caring and dedicated to her job " .

Great facility, excellent office staff! Lexi and Theresa in the scheduling office have both been amazing with helping me. Thanks to Mrs. Potter for helping me renew my license! I am from out of state and love every person I have worked with. I highly recommend coming and working for them and even being a resident here!

I spent 16 days at Maybrook Hills, between April & May. And I don't have any complaints at all. Everything was great, the programs they had, the food, the people that worked there. It felt like a big family. They all treated me right. Everyone that worked there on the 2nd floor should get some sort of recognition for a job well done. But there was one person who seemed to go above and beyond. If she was busy, and you asked her for something, and told her you could wait until she wasn't busy. Next thing I knew she was right back with the cup of ice water or towels and wash cloths. I think she was practically running back and forth with my request. I hope they give her some sort of good recognition, for caring for the patients that way. Her name is Bobbi. I'm not sure what her title is. But she is a great employee.
