I’m so happy to have found Dr. Massey and staff after I had to leave my dentist of 19 years. (Which actually was originally Dr. Foster. He passed away quite some time ago, and Pine Bluff Dental has never been the same since.) Now at Pine Bluff Dental, they would tell me that they couldn’t check for cavities at my regular checkup/cleaning. I had to schedule another appointment for that! Also, they wanted to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth, even though I have no problems with them… simply because, “It’s better to do it now that you are young, rather than when you are older.” Ridiculous and absurd!

Dr. Massey and the hygienist who worked with me were both gentle and helpful, and I received a very thorough cleaning and no pain. They were very welcoming and answered any questions about my teeth that I had. I am happy to have my new dental home!

Dr. Massey is the BEST dentist I've EVER had! I really recommend her. My other dentist told me I needed to correct three fillings. That caused my family to gripe at me (for a few days, which sucked to hear constantly) about eating less sugar and being more cautious about my sugar intake. The dentist office also told me I needed to pay $50 for a missed dentist appointment that I never even scheduled. The dental assistant was so rough on my teeth that i google if it was normal to feel that amount of pain after a teeth cleaning! It was a rough experience and I was afraid to go to another dentist after that. With Dr. Massey, I got the best experience. Turns out, I needed NO fillings. My teeth were fine and didn't need correcting at all! The last dentist lied right to my face! I asked Dr. Massey two or three times to make sure I didn't need fillings and mentioned what the other dentist told me. She assured me that I didn't need any at all. Here, the dental assistant was super gentle and my teeth didn't hurt after she cleaned and inspected them. She complimented me and made fun conversation. She even apologized to me when she folded my top lip a little above my nose, which made it a bit difficult to breathe. The other dentist wouldn't have even noticed or would've kept going anyway. Very sweet dental assistant and Dr. Massey is amazing. She's an icon, a legend, and she is the moment. Like come on now! I will be going here whenever i need dental work or a cleaning. Thanks Dr. Massey and team!

Called for my Aunt Judy James because she is hard if hearing. She has a broken tooth that is hurting. Needed an appointment to fix and get a 3 Unit bridge. The receptionist at the front was very short. She wouldn’t even let me finish my explanation about her problem . She only kept saying we can’t see you until 2 months. She didn’t even offer to make an appoint for that time. It is a shame that Dr Massey does not know that the girl that answers the phone has lost a the chance of getting a new patient.
Rude is all I can say about this situation and sad for Dr Massey.

Only general dentist I like, she so good she can stick u with first needle to numb and u not hardly feel it, and very gentle, staff is super nice also. Got a buy up on my dental plan just so I can see here. Not no other general dentist I like. She is awesome, & has a excellent view out all her rooms to the pretty colorful birds. Love this place.

Dr. Massey is wonderful, but the office help lacks people skills and wants to claim arguing when asking a question. I was turned over to collections without receiving a bill, although they said they sent it. I immediately called and paid the bill I didn't know was there, and then called back to ask questions and she still acted like someone was bothering her. Because I said I didn't receive it, the response was, "this was no time to argue about it now". I stated I was not arguing, but asking a question. "I have no control over that" was the response I received. In case you are reading this, she wasn't a damn minor either, she was 24 years old that you were holding me liable for. Maybe answering phones is not your specialty...total lack of professionalism and tact. Again, Dr. Massey is wonderful and so are her hygienist, but her front desk needs help.

I have two girls (9 who and 6) who are usually scaredy cats about EVERYTHING and these people are so wonderful and sweet that they look forward to their dentist appointment as excitedly as the do a trip to magic springs or something! They LOVE going to the dentist because of them!
