I was very dissatisfied, and disappointed. The first thing I observed was how dirty the chairs are in the quiet room. They were stained, and soiled. They didn't have coffee, or tea either. To make it worst, my massage table was cold, due to the broken heater. My massage therapist let me know that the staff was made aware of this days prior to my arrival. This is the worst Massage Envy I've visited. I want to ask for a refund.
Nevertheless, my Massage Therapist hit the spot. I was feeling much better after my massage.

Very disappointed. You pay for an hour and only get 50 min because they deducted 10min for you to get undressed. I paid extra for hand a feet scrub and they use the massage time to do that so you really only get a 30 minute body massage. The massage itself was ok but they love to cut corners. Don’t recommend

I love my massage therapist. She does an amazing job. Front desk has gotten a lot better recently, more friendlier than it had been. Still disappointed that the same people that see me every two weeks don't know me by name. Years ago I would walk in and they greeted me by name, it was just a nice feeling.

I come regularly, and am always greeted with the offer of tea. I love tea. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I have never gotten a poor massage here-- always great, from any therapist. I recommend Thomas for his attention to detail in trouble spots and wide understanding of the musculoskeletal system.

I don't understand why it is so incredibly difficult to get an appointment! ! I was informed that they had openings but only for members. I wanted to bring a guest and give one of my prepaid massages to my friend (which, I have several massages stacked up because I always have a difficult time booking an appointment)...impossible! So, instead of booking 2 massages, they have booked 0 and also lost an opportunity to gain a new member...

Im not impressed with this Massage Envy location. I had a membership and found a massage therapist that I liked but she ended up moving out of state..I continued going and trying out different therapists but they weren't that good and the front desk staff that answered the phone were almost always rude. They didn't seem to enjoy working there, rushed through the massage, and they would NEVER be the full hour (they always start 5-10 minutes after appt time and then end the massage 5-10 minutes early). I canceled my membership but had 1 massage left that I already paid for so I went to the Wildomar location and it was MUCH better. I highly recommend the Wildomar location over this one.
