I moved from Chicago IL to Menomonee Falls WI and you know what that meant - the fun of finding a new dentist to go to. Martin Family Dentistry is such a delight to go to, I've been there about 4 times already so far and each time was a great experience. Friendly staff and Dr. Martin is the sweetest ever. Let me tell you - I do not miss my previous dentist office at all haha

INCREDIBLY TALENTED TEAM-servicing very complex dental issues--including severe dental anxiety. Yep it is a real thing. Dr. Sarah and her dental assistant were exceptional. Professional, kind, and Knowledgeable answering my many questions. The administrative managers were also great-thorough, responsive--I highly recommend Martin Family Dentistry--you will be in great hands.

Dr. Julie at Martin Family Dentistry was very gentle and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, as she explained each step of replacing my old fillings throughout the process. I had a visit twice this week at Martin Family Dentistry. The first was for a checkup and cleaning, the second was to repair two small cavities. Every single person I encountered was kind, helpful, and considerate of making sure I was comfortable. I loved looking out windows and watching tv while work was done on my teeth. One of the best things was that I was able to get an appointment much sooner than my original appointment due to a cancellation. I believe this practice is quite busy, but they do a great job of getting me in long before my original appointment. They have the latest in dental technology, and showed me hi resolution photos of the issues in my teeth.
I would highly recommend Martin Family Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent care and great client services.

I have been going to the dentist office for over five years. They have incredible customer service. The place is always very clean. They have state of the art technology and tools to make the experience wonderful. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but in this case I don’t mind it. The TV on the ceilings are a plus, When you are getting your teeth worked on you can watch pretty much any show you want.

We were relatively happy here until they stopped being able to get us in twice a year for cleanings. It wasn’t a big deal the first time it happened to one of my kids. When I asked about it the second time it happened (to another kid) they were very snippy and said there was a hygienist shortage everywhere. At my last appointment she wanted to drill a spot she was watching. When I went to schedule, they had availability for the filling the following week but couldn’t get me in for the next cleaning for 10+ months. I understand that availability varies by treatment but still didn’t sit right. I made a call to another office and they were not aware of the shortage mentioned and got my family scheduled without issue. They also checked the spot that needed the filling and said there was no cavity at all! Very glad I got a second opinion, encourage you to do the same if you are questioning it. I’ve had several fillings done and redone here and wonder how many were actually necessary.

Everyone is nice and the offices seems to have all the latest technology for capturing X-rays. The hygienist and dentist also both explained things very well so it was very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I've always been nervous about getting my teeth cleaned. I'm a gagger and sometimes it can be difficult. Sandy is very gentle and sensitive to my situation. She is constantly asking if I'm okay. I really appreciate the care she gives me.
