Great Variety of everything you might need! However, they should get better with self-service checkout! Especially, around the rush hour! Lines are way too long and anyone who maybe handicap its a concern! Ever since the Walmart has closed the Giant Eagle store has become the only food store! So management needs to accommodate the influx of those Walmart shoppers! This needs to be addressed and it would make it a much more pleasant experience! Also, it would stop 🛑 those unnecessary long lines! Hopefully someone will see this post and take it into consideration!

No plastic bags! Half of my groceries might leak and they give cloth flimsy bags. Want to have a full service checkout, well you can’t. Cashiers force you to insert your cash into a machine. Where do the coins go?!

Last Monday the seafood section closed at 9PM. Two days later, they closed at 7.30PM. Now it is 7PM and they are already closed. Each time I go in, I ask when they close. Each time I ask, I get a different answer. I leave work at the same time every day, and come home to hungry children at the same time every day. I wake up each day and begin to cry, but there is hope! The meat section which is connected to the fish section may be open because somehow they aren't metaphorically connected.
Alas, they say go home to your hungry children and give yourself unto them, for we roll a die and decide our own random hours. Hello Giant Eagle, please either fix your website hours to say 'at the seafood section's discretion' or set a straight time you close, because my children are now crying and hungry and I have nothing to give them. Your hours change every day and my children cry every day, do you see where I'm going with this?

Typical of a Giant Eagle. Everything is arranged just right, and easy to find. I am always impressed with the length they go to, to keep the store clean, and fresh. The only downside is that it is on the expensive side.

I only get to go here once in awhile since I live gassed away but I love stopping here. (Fat-kid style!) I esp LOVE the deli. I recommend the chicken pot pie and the white almond cake!! LOVE IT!! Their cakes make you want to eat them. There is such wide variety of many different products.

This store is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Staff is really great and helpful. Everything is so easily to find, when I need help a staff member is also here to help. And we appreciate Mr Lewis the security officer who is always there. He always speak and he’s there every Day..
