My husband had to find a family practice doctor and we had gotten a flyer in the mail that he had opened a practice. So he made an appt and was impressed the 2 times he had to go. Dr Clinger told my husband on the 2nd visit if what he prescribed for him didn’t work to call back and he would get him into a specialist . Well, after 2 weeks and still in so much pain he called their office and was told he would get a call back. As you can guess there was no call back. He called the next day and talked to the assistant for over 30 min and was told Dr Clinger would call him back. There again no call back. In the meantime my husband is in so much pain and laying on a heat pad for hours on end and unable to move. I called the next day and whoever answered said they would call him back and I asked when that would be and she just said it would be after 5 pm. I then said so for sure he will get a call back and all she said was “potentially “ NO CALL BACK again!! This is now day 4 ! We called the neurology office to see if a referral had been sent and you can guess… nope no referral. Today my husband had an appt with his internist and SHE ordered the MRI and he had it done 1 hour later. While waiting for him my husbands phone rang and it was Clingers office saying they sent the referral. I told her that we will no longer be using him for a primary care doctor. All she said was “ ok I’ll make a note of that “ There was no apology for it taking 4 days and no apology that not one person ever called my husband back. We had high hopes for this doctor but will find a new one now.

Dr Clinger is easy to talk to and listened to my issues. We like his approach. Wait time was minimal. His medical assistant, Daniel was amazing. She knew what she was doing and made us feel immediately at ease! Great job!!

Very happy we found him. After great frustration with other doctors, he listened and was knowledgeable about my concerns and thorough in checking for problems. He was even very knowledgeable about pots and all the possibilities with those symptoms. We are very happy with his kind and non patronizing responses. I definitely recommend him and will be taking my whole family to him.
