asked for a refill of RX 3 times and never got it, even though I said I needed it urgently to control my symptoms. Dr Bettinger was wonderful, but he is now retired. it is a different practice now..

I don't trust these people or this place of business, that is what this is a for profit, fear mongering, meat chopping, vindictive butcher shop. Go anywhere else, this place is not ok.

The absolute worst. Dr. Lee provides the bare minimum of care. Weeks of delays for the admins or doc to get back to you. You have to work hard to even get an appt. or a prescription refill. Go elsewhere.

The front office staff was rude and lacked any sense of recognizing we are both potential clients and seniors in need of good support. When my wife was not able to join a Zoom session she lost her current appointment and then was told she would have to wait another ten weeks. This after having to submit a lot of paperwork and already waiting for a couple months. The doctor(s) may be excellent but after exposure to their extended team we have lost interest in using their service. We will contact our primary care physician and get a referral for a different practice. I think we were spared further poor experiences.

Would give 0 if I could. Apparently Marin gastro doesn’t care if you’ve been a patient for 20 some years. They’ve left me high and dry with an injury requiring hospital care! And requiring a doctor to do his job and make sure I have the rxs I need to basically function. That’s not dr Malladi and it’s not here. They won’t even return phone call going on over a week now. This is not even close to what this practice used to be. Now it’s a joke.

Well I’ve tried for 3 weeks to get somebody to return my call to try to get a new doctor. Nobody has even afforded me the courtesy I’ve left at least seven messages. All of these bad reviews are deserved, especially Malladi . What a jerk. I can’t believe how far downhill this practice has gone it used to be a good place to go. I wish the older docs were still available; they were professional.

Dr. Did not listen to anything I said or tried to say . Her answer was the same the entire appt. Kept looking at her watch . And when she was finished got up and exited the room . Before I had a chance to stand up .

The reviews here are right - this place is awful. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until after I wasted an incredible amount time just trying to schedule an appointment. I finally gave up. What a huge waste of time and effort. Save yourself the time and headache. Go somewhere else.

This is the WORSE medical practice in Marin County. Lack of care for the patient, lack of attention from the doctors (I was only seen by a nurse practitioner). This place is a business, not a medical care facility. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to my enemy.
