I go in to get a refill of antibiotics. The old guy tells me $10. I tell him last time I was charged $43 and have a text saying that was the price today. He tells me it is not a refill. I explain it is, I called in in off the bottle you put it in. He denies this, then refuses to reimburse me the $33 he owes me or give me my medication. Now I have to wait another day for my antibiotics and file a claim with my credit card company for the ,only he stole.

I wouldn't trust this guy to hand out aspirin in a prison ward.

So they notified me at 1259 that my urgent care prescription from this am was ready. They failed to mention they close at 1pm on a Saturday and would not be open till Monday.

What horrible customer service and complete disregard for patients. So now I have to try and get prescription transfered. I will never use this pharmacy again.

No regard for patients.

So then pharmacist calls me back, no apology and starts complaining about my voicemail. Other comments have talked about how rude they were. Rude to my wife as well earlier in day.

Dr. Marty is a fantastic pharmacist that provides thorough care for all those who entrust their prescriptions to him. The team at Marina Del Rey does a marvelous job of following up and providing details whenever insurance questions occur. Hats off to this team.

Great experience with the pharmacy. I’ve been having seasonal issues with ears. After visiting the urgent care near the pharmacy I was given a prescription that the pharmacist noticed had some issues. The pharmacist called and verified with the doctor and saved me a tremendous amount of time and stress with my prescription. In addition the pharmacist gave me some great advice on how to manage my seasonal challenges before they get to the point where I need antibiotics. They went the extra mile to help! Thank you!

Doctor Mahryar, Is always available to answer your questions.
They call you as soon as your medication is ready. No waiting , Very reasonable pricing. Free parking validation. Thanks God i don't have to go to CVS and wait for hours and hours. I love this pharmacy.
