Wonderful service and amazing staff. If you want high quality, accessible, non-discriminatory, judgement free treatment, then this is the place to go! There needs to be more places like this. From the front desk & triage to the doctors & other medical staff, everyone treats you with dignity and respect regardless of where you are at in your life (homeless, drug addicted, etc)

Extremely helpful and staff is very professional but compassionate to the homeless population in sf. My experience was positive and eye opening because I’ve had a lot of negative and rude treatment in other medical facilities and hospitals. It’s so great to be treated with care and concern despite my income status

Can't say enough good things about this place and those who work there. I came in with some concerning issues and I left feeling less concerned and truly cared about. Best Doctor visit ever can't imagine going anywhere else.

Great clinic with kind and professional staffs. And certainly one of them is Dr.Stephen Matzat who also has a great empathy for patient’s health problems in
relation to the patient’s livelihood. With
much appreciation, I sincerely thank
all of them and the city of San Francisco.

I came here after injuring my knee rollerblading. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hazel was so nice and patient while making sure I was comfortable on crunches. Just fantastic!

this is considered the best place to go to ("drop-in") for "harm reduction" by several local counselors. Less known is their new free dental clinic for people with and without insurance! For the most part though, it's for urgent care for the people that need it the most: the people on the streets; But maybe during less busy times you can still get stuff done here.

i went in to get advice for choosing health insurance as the insurance companies' websites are horrendously confusing. I met with Ming Wu (maybe spelled wrong) and she was a bit more helpful in providing some info simply.

later on, they helped me do a TB skin test and fill out a "physical" form which I required to apply for a job! This apparently was a very confusing ordeal as it took 3 people to figure out if they can do the test, with much time behind doors debating... I'd say it def has a start-up feel, the good and bad.

also later on, I had a dental appointment. It took one month. Then, on the day before, they said the person was on leave, and I'd have to wait another month for another month for the next appointment. So... It's best to go to a normal clinic after all.
