Terrible facility. If you care about your loved ones, find an alternative. Dirty rooms and dirty bathrooms.
My 90 year old grandmother stayed here for 3 weeks after a fall. Communication with this facility is nonexistent. Calling for daily updates will put you on a never ending hold with no one ever answering. Asking for updates in-person is no better. You will be ignored or told to ask someone else.
My grandmother doesn't appear to have been bathed in atleast a week and she was discharged and put on a medical transport with soiled under garments and the wrong persons belongings and paperwork. Calling to inform the facility that we have another persons medical info was met with another phone transfer and never ending hold.
This facility is hands down the worst we have ever used.

My uncle has been staying here for
2 months. I would like to thank staff for their compassion and care. I would highly recommend it. The place is light and clean, the meals are appetizing. I am grateful for all the services that my uncle has received during his stay. The staff is dedicated and friendly to everyone, especially Jessica, the social worker. I would give Jessica a 6 out of 5. She has gone above and beyond. She has a tremendous amount of patience dealing with hard and stubborn patients. She put in her efforts to help my uncle applying for benefits available.

My aunt stayed here for 7 weeks, and made a huge progress on her mobility via physical therapy as well as mental health improvement through occupational and speech therapy provided at this facility. The manager Donald Nguyen of physical therapy team was attentive and supported the needs my aunt hoped for. As a family member, I’m grateful for my aunts recovery. Many thanks to the nurses and physical therapists there.

Admitted for recovery. Reception was friendly security pleasant nursing staff ranged from excellent to disinterested. Food served was very good in general with good variety. Some of the made from scratch were very good. The facility was clean and gym well organized new equipment good quality. The therapist had difficulty adjusting treatment due to my physical limitations but were pleasant and supportive.

The one star goes to the physical therapist. They are doing a good job. But they don't work weekends. My patient needs to move. The actual place is absolutely DIRTY! The curtains are filthy with dust, I walked in, and the floors are disgusting. You go into the nurse's station area, and it looks like a tornado hit. Nothing is organized. It has no organization. I am ashamed to even say my mother is in that place.

Do not send your loved one here!!!! My family member was there for 5 weeks and ended up in the ER and subsequently hospitalized with Covid, sepsis, MRSA and pneumonia. So instead of recovering from her stroke she is fighting for her life. Just appalling. There are a few staff members I would commend but the rest lack empathy and are just lazy and rude.

This is a nursing home for the patient who discharged from the hospital and requiring additional care such as stroke, severe illesses, and disability. The facility is very clean. The nursing home staffs are very friendly. This is a very organized nursing home. Not bad nursing home when you're in need for your loveone or for yourself
