I've been going to Dr. Manalo for 27 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. As a person he is kind and respectful. He is gentle with any dental work he's performed on me. Love the reception ladies, they are always smiles and delightful. Always have a fast and efficient time with any of the dental hygienists I see for regular cleanings. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Manalo Family Dentistry for a new crown. The professionalism displayed by the staff was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Manalo's work was excellent. His attention to detail and expertise were evident in the superb outcome of the crown. It fits perfectly and looks remarkably natural. I am truly appreciative of his professionalism and the meticulous care he took during the procedure. The office management deserves a special mention as well. The staff seemed nice enough at first which made up for Dr. Manalo seeming like he had something more important to do for the brief time he was actually in the room but everything changed when I needed a couple fillings done. One of them told me that a third tooth was chipped in such a way where I could’ve had a cap done for it but they personally didn’t recommend it because the angle of the chip itself would’ve been very difficult to keep the cap on so I declined. However, the office just ignored me and still tried THREE MORE TIMES to convince me to have the cap done including on the day of having the fillings put in. A receptionist had quickly drawn the estimate on a whiteboard which was $100 more than they told me it would be and I realized she was trying to sneak in the cap so I firmly told her I didn’t want it done and to just stick with the fillings like I’d originally wanted. She quickly erased the number and the estimate was back to normal but after the fillings were put in, the total somehow still came to the same amount they were trying to charge me for all three teeth in the first place and when I questioned her about it, her excuse was that the front office can’t approximately estimate what’s going on in the back with a half-apology and then just breezed right past my complaint to try and get me to schedule another appointment. There’s absolutely no way this is legal or ethical and it certainly doesn’t make any sense to me, I’ve never seen an office being run like this. This place is a straight-up scam, do NOT come here.

Went in to examine a wisdom tooth that needs extraction and the staff was wonderful. After quick x-rays the dentist was thorough and had great communication. 10/10 in and out, good experience.

This office is terrible. The doctor is actively stealing patients insurance money and writing it off as adjustments when they overpay! This is not right. When my brother threatened to go to the BBB they told him they would provide him with free services not to. Not acceptable at all. Im sure the patients there are primarily older and don't know to ask for the full statement on their accounts but I will certainly give them a heads up. This isn't a good honest business!

this is in response to the gentleman whose jacket went missing. he is reviewing the wrong dentist. he is not a patient of ours. we are Manalo Family Dentistry on 2414 Lytle Road, Bethel Park 15102. We will try other methods to correct this mistake
