A great place to get the care a person needs and deserves. They are super nice and very helpful if you have any questions and never rushing the visits. I have been going there almost 10 years ( my husband too.) we have never been disappointed. Dr.Brown and team are amazing. The ladies at the check in are great and always willing to help you with a smile. I recommend this clinic and highly recommend checking out Dr Brown!

I’ve been a patient at MANA Health Systems in Fayetteville, Arkansas, for over a decade and have had an excellent experience every time. Dr. Brown, my doctor, is incredibly patient, organized, and thoughtful. He takes a meticulous approach to care, starting with the lowest medication dose and adjusting as needed to find the perfect balance. This has always given me great confidence in his expertise.

The staff and nurses are equally exceptional—professional, kind, temperate, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Making appointments is quick and straightforward, and walk-in service has always been easy. My insurance has always been accepted, and I’ve never had to worry about anything beyond a copayment, unless it was clearly explained beforehand.

If you’re looking for outstanding healthcare, I highly recommend MANA Health Systems and Dr. Brown. They’ve consistently exceeded my expectations, making my health journey so much smoother and more reassuring.

Dr, Lonna Bufford is simply the best. New patient appointment to present she has treated me like “whole human”…. She is kind, educated and informed.
April her nurse - she’s great! She has the best personality! I feel like we could spend hours in the room having giggling matches!

Dr. Coppola was fantastic. But I should have started this with Hope. She walked in and made me feel like I'd been coming in for a long time. She treated me wonderfully! Then when Dr. Coppola came in, he was the same, treated me like I had been having him as my doctor forever. I really appreciate both of them and will never feel nervous when I have to go in.

Dr. Thorn and his nurse Carrie, are both amazing. Carrie also always tries to make appointments that don’t conflict with my work schedule, and is very quick to get my refills done. I really feel like they care, and they always take the time to talk to me and to listen to what’s going on.

I used the “walk in” clinic
option since the regular clinic was backed up. I went to address a facial rash because self treatment didn’t work. The walk in clinic was busy but I didn’t mind because it was very busy with seasonal sick people. I was treated with compassion and given a quick diagnosis, a vaccination, and a couple of prescriptions. I happy to report that I’m mending already.

A few years ago I started to realize that the primary care I had been receiving for most of my life I wasn't at all pleased with anymore. I wasn't being handled with actual concern or care. I knew it was long overdue, I had to make a decision to change my primary care doctor if I actually wanted help getting better in my situation which made me extremely nervous of course. I was referred to the doctor's at MANA Family Medicine South by my mother who helped me through making the change happen. I can honestly say that I am very pleased & comfortable with the decision that I made to choose MANA Family Medicine South!
