Very rude nurses walked in with my fiancé suffering from a alergic reaction pretty much subsided his emergency like it didn’t matter. Nurses were on there personal cell phones not doing there jobs pretty much left with no care. One nurse was very sexually inappropriate as he was in triage

I came to the ER due to a fall where I hit my head and was bleeding quite a bit.
I've been in this ER 4 hours. They did give me a CT scan about 2 hours ago. At this point I just want to have the wound cleaned and get stitches if needed. By the time I get outta here the wound will be healed.
I asked the lady behind the counter how many were ahead of me. Her response was 'I don't have that information '
Thanks for nothing. Maybe she could find out but I guess that's too much work. Next time I'm going to Chester County Hospital which was my first instinct.
I should've gone to Chester County Hospital (Penn Medicine).

This review is regarding Mainline Health at Riddle Hospital. They are excellent. I had 5 services done including registration in less than 2 hours. Everyone was professional, caring and nice. I was able to get a cat scan, x-ray, a good amount of blood work and a EKG all in less then 2 hours. I was so happy to get everything done one test right after the other. Now I am able to setup a chart that gives me all my tests results. Very very pleased. Excellent Service!!

The Best Dr's are at Main Line Health and Maureen at Riddle Physical Therapy was wonderful! She was very caring and gentle with my lymphedema massages and told me exactly what I had to do to keep up with my care at home. I hope to come back soon.

my husband has been calling for days to try to make a stress test appointment that he needs to get done before his doctor can do the next step. He FINALLY gets in touch with someone after his heart has been acting up for weeks, and they told him they can't make an appointment because the referral is now expired. Now he has to reach back out to the first doctor for a new authorization number. The healthcare system is not what it used to be. Feels like we live in a country with socialized healthcare, but we are spending an awful lot of money. It shouldn't be this hard to make an appointment for your heart.

This hospital and the staff is amazing. I had to go outside the state to get a doctor that listened and made me feel valued!!!! I recommend this hospital to everyone I meet!
