Dr Soyster takes care of my entire family. We have been her patients since she acquired the office. She is very kind and considerate. She provides thorough exams and offers treatment plans soon afterwards. It’s comforting to have the information as to the status of dental care. Her staff is amazing, they provide insurance and financial information upon request.

Dental office is spotless. Rose Marie, the hygienist, does an excellent job of cleaning. Very pleased with this office. Dr. Soyster is an excellent dentist. I am always satisfied when she works on my teeth.

Unfortunately, Maybel who handles insurance didn't check on my insurance when I first asked her last year resulting in one missed cleaning (i told her my insurance update to just 2 times a year and no longer every 6 month restriction), and she kept saying a night guard was not covered but it in fact was. Asked multiple times through email, showing my HR thread saying it is covered, and calling. This year at my first cleaning in Feb I had to keep asking the assistant at the desk to personally call my insurance despite Mabel saying she already checked the system. After my cleaning suddenly the tone changed and she said yes your insurance did cover my night guard. So I missed out on my 2nd cleaning last year and not getting a new night guard a years ago. On top of that when talking to Dr. Soyster she didn't not take any responsibility and said she doesn't handle insurance, go talk to Maybel.

Make sure and push the "insurance expert" to check your insurance by calling them. The doctor can't keep you.

Dental work done by Dr. Soyster is good. She's very friendly and personable. However, the office staff is another story, friendly but rather annoying. Problems with billing all the time, appointments as well. Switched dentist and much happier.

The doctor I have no issue. However, office staff simply rude and will just let anyone in with a sickness such as covid symptoms because if you don't come in, they will make you pay 65 dollars. Does this make sense and it is beyond your control of your symptoms? I believe that should be excused. Do not talk to Hailey, absolutely rude and not a care in the world how you feel. I am normally empathic towards receptionists and staff members, but this one is the absolutely worse and I have no empathy once so ever.

Easily the worst dental experience I’ve had in 36 years as a human and I’ve had some bad ones. The assistants here are unprofessional and should never step foot in a medical practice.

On top of that, after insulting me for being in pain, the “Dr” completely misdiagnosed the issue with my teeth. I was never even told about the issue with my teeth until I was checking out. Suddenly my tooth was cracked, I needed 3 fillings, maybe a crown but there was no evidence of this anywhere nor shown/explained to me.

I visited another dentist who referred me to an endodonist for a different tooth who explained everything clearly and fixed me right up.

This dentist cares little for their patients and more about the money they can make.

I called Dr. Soyster’s office this morning to say I had cracked a tooth or lost a filling. Thankfully, Mabel gave me a same day appointment with Dr. Soyster.

Dr. Soyster’s exam showed my problem was lost a filling. This was an old filling by a previous dentist.

I asked Dr. Soyster if she could fix it? She did so immediately. I feel so much better!

Dr. Soyster and her staff are excellent. I asked for additional COVID protocols as a member of an immunocompromised household and they were happy to accomodate. Highly recommend.
