my husband goes there. He encouraged me they are the best. I was given a 7 month wait for a physical appointment. The person on the phone made multiple mistakes with booking me with some doctors on the other side of PA.

Have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Had a skin infection when PA ordered the wrong antibiotics and ended up in the hospital for 3 days when it turned into blood infection. Another horrible situation recently. The only reason I went here was because they could get me in around my work schedule. Even trying to make the appointment the lady was trying to force me to switch this doctor to my PCP. I never even met her how can I commit to that. So I Showed up for my 7:40 appointment to find not a person in sight. Lights out doors locked. About 7:42 a random lady opens the door. They don’t say good morning, we are sorry for delay or anything. All they said was “what’s you name. “ then “you can have a seat” So I get brought back for my appointment at around 7:55 the girl who brought me back was less than friendly. She was annoyed she had to add my new vitamins into my chart. Took my blood pressure, mumbled something then left the room. So there I sit with the blood pressure cuff on having no idea what is going on. She came back a few minutes later and took the cuff off. So at this point it’s about 8:10. I had a 7:40 appointment. The dr came in around 8:15 . As I was trying to explain what was doing on she interrupted me and told me it is only a 20 MINUTE appointment and I need to tell her the most important concern. Well in my defense I felt the items o was listening were all connected. She was attempting to blow my concerns off. I melted down due to excessive stress from the situation. She got quite snotty with me. I had to practically beg for a culture and beg for my concern to be taken seriously. So they did the cultures and sent me for blood work. I went in for the bloodwork and lady had a hard time figuring out what the dr ordered as there were things ordered then cancelled. The whole thing is a nightmare especially knowing I KNOW there is something going on.

great nurse practitioners and associates , always friendly and caring ... above all they're extremely knowledgeable and seem to have chosen the right occupation for them as they all are excellent at what they do. At times the receptionist / whoever answers the phone can come across as unprofessional and condescending and even rude but I don't go there for them , I go for the excellent medical services.

I have been seeing Dr. Stock-keister for over 5 years now. Everyone in my family go's to her. She is the only doctor I absolutely trust. Not only is she the best but the entire staff is great. They are always helpful and go above and beyond. Thank you everyone at Bethlehem family Medicine..

They moved to Easton Ave from Stefko to have a bigger facility.
Okay, no big deal.
The size of the practice and staff increased greatly.
Okay, still no big deal.
But at this point, all the good providers have now left the practice. They misbill and lack customer service skills and professionalism.

Last month I was directed by urgent care to follow up with them regarding my toddler's cough. Instead of actually following up, a nurse merely instructed me to give her OTC cough medicine. When I questioned what kind because she's only 2, they suggested robitussin as an ideal choice. Funny story, every type of robitussin explicitly states not to use for her age group. I understand that practitioners sometimes utilize these medicines anyway, but I was never even provided with an appropriate dosage for someone of her young age.

Today, when I called to schedule sick visits for myself and daughters' cough (you know, that one we should 'just give robitussin' for? 😑) I waited on hold for about ten minutes only to be told after the fact by the receptionist that she couldn't schedule is because I didn't have my insurance card information on hand at that moment to give her. We've been existing patients for over 5 years; the insurance has not changed since our last visit. But now I'm supposed to call back later with the insurance information to schedule an appointment, which no doubt will have already been booked by someone else by then.
Sure makes the decision to leave this practice easy!
Oh, and another thing. If you're more than ten minutes late, they'll cancel your appointment. If it happens more than once, they'll drop you. It's part of their policy, you know, so as not to inconvenience the other patients. But don't be surprised if you're sitting in the waiting room for an hour past your scheduled appointment without so much as an explanation or apology.

Office staff (nurses - BOTH male and female alike) and the manager are all RUDE, ARROGANT, ARGUMENTATIVE, and WILLING TO LIE to cover each other's back. They care more about talking about patients among themselves in the open than actually answering the phone. Getting the nurse's station staff to answer the phone is next to impossible and it was explained to me that it is the office policy that they DO NOT return calls to patients because they simply don't have the time to do so. I have had several instances where I requested a return call due to the time sensitive nature of the call and I never received a call back, not even when I left repeated voicemails on the practice manager's line, no return call from her either. Then they will lie and say that they never got any calls or voicemails from the patient when the proof of these calls being placed is in my phone. The staff at the nurse's station repeatedly screwed up prior authorization forms that were submitted without a medication name being listed, but put a dosage amount and mg's, but no medication name being listed. There were repeated submissions where the same information was missing and it caused me to go w/o life sustaining medication regularly because they did this every time I had to get a prior authorization form done every other month as my insurance company required. I developed serious medical issues from the delays over the same issue with the firms not being filled out properly and nothing was done by the management nor going higher up the ladder, no one cared. I actually developed a form of PTSD over the situation and ultimately had to search for another PCP all because this office staff acts like a group of mean girls from junior high school that have a superiority complex and are in a little click that allows them all to get away with not doing their job. The practice manager is absent most if the time and even though she is a joke, not having a manager to watch over them really shows. The CEO of LVHN [B. Nester] doesn't care either. He did nothing, and he had loads of evidence from several former patients reporting the same concerns. Do not trust your health or your personal information with this office staff. The doctor there is fairly decent, it's unfortunate that the office staff is giving her and the office itself a bad name and bad reputation, the word is getting out, hopefully these nitwits will get theirs in due time, God willing.

I scheduled an appointment during covid pandemic. The procedures were easy and effective. The part that gets me is if I made an appointment for a condition they don't treat, why would they set up an appointment. I guess money is that important that we can schedule appointments to hand out referrals. I get it. If they told you we don't treat that here (over the phone) you'll have to go to another location, they would lose money. I just figured since this pandemic is such a big deal we would limit useless interactions.

I cannot speak for the services of the doctors as the one doctor I saw left shortly after. Long story short, I was feeling quite ill. I called and spoke to a nurse for advice on medications I can and cannot take since I am a breastfeeding mother. She kindly told me to Google it. So, I tried my hand at this enigma called Google. I searched "primary care physician" and found a new practice.
