Hands down the best express care I've been too. Everyone is so nice and understand and it's always usually pretty quick, aside from a couple times where it was super busy but even then! This is the only one I go too and take my son too.

Nurses up front seem incompetent and scared of almost any illness. Needing a covid test doesn't require a 911 call for an ambulance. A bit over dramatic IMO. I was here a day earlier and they called one for me. Refusing to do the testing in their facility and could have done all the tests I need that the hospital can't do.

so much for "express" care. we walked in and waited 15 mins for someone to come to the front. we called, constantly stood at the desk saying "hello?" and waited patiently and all we heard was the receptionists in the back chatting. terrible experience and time wasted when I should have just gone to another urgent care .. insane

I went there today after finding the wait time for the one by the hospital was 2 hours long. Best decision to leave and go to the bartonsville branch. The amount of professionalism the staff showed and the empathy the practitioner gave me. I would drive the extra miles anytime!

This was by far the best urgent care experience I've ever had. From the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to the Doctor. Everyone was kind, patient and knowledgable. I was not rushed out like in other facilities I've been to. The doctor took the time to hear all my concerns and symptoms. Because I was paying cash, they did not push unnecessary testing on me. Only what was needed for my diagnosis. I will absolutely return here and refer local friends and family. I’m surprised how many negative reviews this place has. Thank you to the whole team!

This is a very nice care center. Very professional. Everyone was helpful and sweet. I saw the receptionist, nurse, doctor, and X-Ray technician. Outstanding. I had fallen on my hip. It was bothering me on a Sunday. They were all there to help, and it wasn't too much of a wait. All experts. No waiting for the X-Rays. And when I went to the pharmacy right afterwards to get the prescriptions which they had called in, they were ready for me.

Just got a disturbing phone call this morning from someone in there office on frantz rd location, didn't get her name,they call me up to tell me the dr I've been seeing cannot give me a call and discuss something personal,, really,, i need to make a appt,,and bill insurance for more money and me,, just to have a disscussion but yet they had the time to call me to tell me that,, unreal ,,I guess there is no more personal care like when Dr's cared and were personnel with there patients back in the day,,, I found this very disturbing and upsetting.

The entire staff from beginning to end was kind and courteous. The entire visit took 15 to 20 minutes and everyone was professional and pleasant. I was apprehensive about going here because of the reviews, but I'm glad I didn't let that deter me. Will definitely go again if needed.
