I went in for my very first appointment with Luma yesterday. It was just a new patient consultation, but it was the most positive dentist experience I’ve ever had. I have pretty severe anxiety regarding dental visits, but Dr. Yarnell was warm and kind, making me feel immediately comfortable. The entire team was prompt, polite, and communicated with me well. I am looking forward to returning for my first cleaning next month - something I never thought I would say!

The personnel were very kind, understanding and knowledgeable!
Dr Yarnell could not help me at this time due to a medical condition but referred me to a great oral surgeon! I would like to add how very patient he was with me and explained everything thoroughly. I will continue to be a patient as long as they will have me!
I along with many others agree this office receives 5 stars for the “5 star” treatment they offer!
I recommend them highly!

I enjoyed my experience at Luma Dentistry today. I called this morning while I was at work because I was in so much pain and wanted them to examine my teeth at their earliest convenience. They were extremely nice. They allowed me to go ahead and come in one hour after being on the phone with them.

The staff made me feel welcomed at my arrival. The examination went smoothly. They were also able to give me clear details about my teeth and what I can expect at my next appointment. Five stars all around! I look forward to my next visit to get 2 fillings.

I went into get an issue looked at and the doc came in and told me I needed to get a root canal well for about two weeks. My mouth was killing me, I thought that they might be able to prescribe me something to relieve the pain, but they would not. I was not asking for narcotics or anything like that. I just told them that I was already doing Tylenol and ibuprofen and that was not working and they did not help any with my pain. They are very nice people, but I think they looked at me and thought that I was there for narcotics believe that they just did not want to do anything because of the way I look

Can never get anyone on the phone right after I'm getting messages about my son's insurance not being active. I've been trying for almost a week now and their appointment is tomorrow.

The entire staff is great! They take great care to make sure that you are comfortable. Appointments are always on time. They also offer a smile easy plan if you don't have dental insurance. Highly recommend.
