My husband has been here 3 months. He loves the food. They take good care of him. They keep his laundry clean and put away nice. They keep him busy with activities. Great staff.

My father was there for rehab and loved it. Everyone was kind and attentive. They kept me informed and was most helpful to all my concerns. He was kept clean and also his room. It was a relief knowing he was taken care of so well.

My mother in law was a resident there on hospice care. The staff was the best, they kept us well informed . We couldn’t have asked for better care. She was happy there and everyone was really nice and helpful.I would highly recommend this home to anyone

This place has the trashiest employees I've ever seen in my life... the majority shoot smoke and snort meth and the director has been told this on numerous occasions and they still continue to work there. Iknow one female for sure that goes by the name Jessica with blonde hair. While she was married she had affair after affair with clients family, she steals from the clients... Lord please be with the patients at this facility

My grandmother recently passed on her care was not top care ! My wife who is a current druggy that works there ! If they did a hair folical test they would then see ! My wife ingaged in a on going affair ! Neglected our mamaw in my own opinion ! If she is busy hooking up with current restraints grand kids Chad Hampton !! They meet an began a affair ! Ex.not doing her job ! An I hate that they let this go on knowing my grandmaw was a resident !

Very rude staff. I called to get information and they sounded like they didn’t want to be there. Won’t be doing business here at all. Don’t send your family here guys. They need to get there staff better over the phones.

Nice and friendly staff. I have a friend recuperating from a bi-lateral head surgery and he has made a miraculous recovery since he moved from St. Vincent Rehab in Sherwood.

Mostly everybody there are on drugs. Residents are being mistreated. Falsifying covid documents. They dont pay good and no raises
