Sunday, September 15th, 2024—a day of reflection after a week that could have easily turned into a nightmare, if not for the incredible team at Lone Tree Dentistry. It all began on Thursday night when I was rushed to the ER in unbearable pain from a severely infected cavity. The ER doctors did what they could—pain meds and antibiotics—but I was told I wouldn’t be able to see a surgeon for an entire month. The thought of enduring the pain for that long was unimaginable, so I started researching emergency dental care and came across Lone Tree Dentistry.

I called during regular business hours, hoping for a miracle, but didn’t expect what happened next. Despite the office being closed, I got a call back. Victoria, Dr. Reyes, and Dr. Leong—all on their days off—reached out to me personally, taking the time to listen and understand my situation. They had every reason to ask me to wait, but instead, they bent over backward to accommodate me. Their level of care and compassion was nothing short of extraordinary.

They gave me several options, but I was adamant about having the tooth removed as soon as possible, and they made it happen. My surgery was scheduled for the next day, giving the antibiotics time to work. What truly blew me away was that Dr. Reyes, despite being off, personally called to check in on me and ensured I could be fitted in for a last-minute surgery. Her dedication and empathy were unlike anything I’ve experienced in healthcare.

The next morning, Dr. Reyes performed the surgery, and she was absolutely exceptional. Not only was she highly skilled and professional, but she made me feel genuinely cared for. What could have been an overwhelming and painful experience became something that left me feeling comforted, reassured, and incredibly grateful.

This team didn’t just treat my dental issue—they treated me with humanity and compassion, going above and beyond in ways I didn’t think possible. I will forever be thankful for the kindness and care Victoria, Dr. Reyes, and Dr. Leong showed me during one of the most painful and stressful moments of my life.

Had worse experience ever. They sent my implant approved to my insurance after 2 months of my visit when I called them multiple times and then I found out later that it was incomplete and they changed me for few services and main male doc said oh I’m sorry she did a mistake and we can’t do your implant and other unnecessary BS. They guided me wrong as well trying to refer me for extra expense for bone loss and go to Dublin but which my current dentist says nothing is wrong and I’m completely fine and I’m having my implant soon. Money printing dental office but front staff is very grateful
