Was put through to reschedule my appointment- called om the 06/03/2024 between 12:50-13:10. The operator put me through to someone and the lady who was later on the phone with me was very unprofessional, mentioned to her I would love to reschedule my appointment as it’s extremely important. She „couldn’t” find me on the system which is ridiculous cause when I called earlier there was no problem to find my details… I asked her to keep trying find me there and she was very rude and just hung up on me cause she couldn’t find me…. Luckily the call was recorded so will be investigating further with the hospital who was that person

The medical practitioners are outstanding but the administration is appalling. I have regular outpatient appointments, and I received a letter giving the date of my next one, at 11:00 on a certain date. I then got a letter stating that the appointment was cancelled and that a new one had been arranged. That was on the SAME DATE but at 11:15 - a quarter of an hour later! I have always had to wait to be seen, sometimes up to 45 minutes after the time, and that's totally reasonable - nobody can expect to be seen at exactly the time of the appointment. If I had arrived at 11:00 and been seen at 11:15, that would be excellent. So some administrator has been paid to send out this letter telling me that my appointment will be fifteen minutes later than the previous one! That's what they are spending taxpayer's money on!!! No wonder the NHS is collapsing.

Being an NHS staff myself, I understand the pressure and the stress, but I wouldn't say I liked the service. Staff nurses were not very professional in updating or reassuring patients about the waiting time; even doctors didn't mind doing this essential thing in updating patients. You are left in the zone of waiting without any word until when? We have a nurse who rarely checks her patient and passes by. I know it's busy, but patients are patients, and family members are patients too.. No wonder this hospital has a low star rating.

I have wrost experience hare i was admitted in this hospital last night my room no is S4 on 5 floor but the staff who is working there they don't have any ethicate they are making fun of my condition and for every information but i give to them there is no confidentiality for patients records only thay can do one thing just gossiping about patients condition and thare personal thing in public place and start laughing and looking but does patients doing. It's my first time when i got admitted but i wish no one will admit in this hospital
