Horrible experience they don't deserve 1 star because they did not do anything. My best friend was mistreated and disrespected by both of the spine surgeons there and he was not helped at all. We had to keep going back and forth because the problems he was having before his back surgery came back worse and he told Dr. Hussain before the surgery but he was not listening and he kept ignoring him and ignoring him and sending him out the door and nothing was done to help him. My best friend had to request an EMG test from the Pain Management because the neurosurgeons did not take his nerve problems seriously. The staff did not do there jobs and all they did was give us the run around. My best friend has to be on a gurney because of his spine injury and they did not take that seriously. They discriminated because his is young but just because your not an elderly person or completely crippled does not mean you do not deserve the same level of respect and dignity as the other patients. No one calls you back nor did they do what they were suppose to do. Go to UC Irvine they are on top of things, they communicate, they call you back and there staff works together with the neurosurgeon to make sure they get you the help you need. Loma Linda did not do that at all. Horrible experience

My brother had to have Brain Surgery and Dr Kim explained everything to the family in detail. Another local hospital didn't even have him go see a neurosurgeon as they told him to go home and die. That was well over a month ago we were told that.
