To start with they were very quick to get me in to review an old 49-year-old titanium rod in my left femur.
Staff was exceptionally courteous and efficient.
I scheduled an appointment with that office before my virtual doctor's office could even see me to give me a referral.
I arrived on time for the PA was outstanding her name was Jessica

I arrived on time very little paperwork the PA Jessica very knowledgeable explained quite a bit about my original repair.
Said everything look good in the x-rays not to worry about my leg diagnosed possibly a lower back injury causing me pain in my left hip and thigh I start rehab next week thank you all

I have been in the healthcare profession for over 30 years. I needed a second opinion about my shoulder condition, and had heard great things from some of my chiropractic patients, and from some of my friends to seek out Dr. Ted Gregorius. I found out for myself at my consultation visit, that all he said sounded right and made sense to me. He answered all my questions, and has the experience of performing the latest techniques for the best results. By the end of my consultation visit, I had absolutley no doubts that he was the one that I wanted to perform my shoulder surgery. I found out for myself that Dr. Gregorius has a true calling, a true talent, in being a superb surgeon, whose great reputation proceeds him. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and shows true concern. I had shoulder reconstruction with an expected recovery time of 6 months to a year, and was back to work after 3 1/2 months. I would highly recommend his services without hesitation.

I was referred here by the UC Riverside Student Health Center after a truck driver hit me in May 2018 as I was walking across the crosswalk, breaking my ankle. My first visit to EOC was 3 weeks after the injury, and a follow-up was scheduled for a month later.

About three weeks later, I received a call from EOC notifying me that my appointment would have to be rescheduled because Dr. Gregorius was changing his schedule, and I couldn't see any other doctor at EOC. The new appointment would be about 10 weeks after my injury - meaning that I'd be in my cast, unable to begin physical therapy, for nearly a full month after X-rays came back showing my bone had fully healed.

As a general professional courtesy, Dr. Gregorius should have honored his pre-existing commitments before deciding to change his schedule, OR he should have begun scheduling appointments in accordance with his new schedule as soon as he knew there would be a change, OR I should have been given the option to see another doctor. (Or, you know, let me know that there isn't enough capacity at the moment to see new patients...). Instead, Gregorius & EOC would have had me sitting around with my leg atrophying, delaying & slowing down my recovery for no medical reason at all.

This struck me as being so brazenly unprofessional that I switched to another orthopedic clinic. As a result, my billing process will get very complicated - the Student Health Center insists on controlling where I can and cannot go, but that is a risk I am willing to take if that means being able to do what is best for my own recovery. I am out of my cast, about to begin physical therapy this week, but only because I chose to ignore EOC's non-medical reasons for waiting an extra month.
